摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a biosensor which exhibits good reproducibility of the amount of an immobilized physiologically active substance by suppressing plane deterioration (separation of a metal film from a resin) which occurs at the formation of a thin metal film layer on a resin surface. The present invention provides a biosensor which is produced by performing plasma irradiation on a light-reflecting surface of an optical block which is obtained by molding a resin and has at least 3 surfaces including a light incident surface, the light-reflecting surface and a light-emerging surface; forming a first metal layer; and then forming a second metal layer on the side of the first metal layer which is opposite to the light-reflecting surface.

摘要: An autoradiographic process for obtaining locational information on two or more radioactively labeled substances which have different energy or half-life and are contained in a sample such as tissue of an organism. Specifically, the process includes the steps of placing the sample on a stimulable phosphor sheet having a plastic cover layer to cause the stimulable phosphor to absorb radiation energy of the labeled substances and reading the absorbed radiation energy out of the phosphor to obtain an image signal corresponding to one radioactively labeled substance and placing the sample on a stimulable phosphor sheet having a thinner plastic cover layer or no cover film to cause the stimulable phosphor to absorb radiation energy of the labeled substances and reading the absorbed radiation energy out of the phosphor to obtain image signals corresponding to plural radioactively labeled substances. Then, the process includes the step of subjecting the image signals of (a) and (b) to subtraction processing so that image signals corresponding to plural radioactively labeled substances can be separately obtained.

摘要: Excitation light beam is irradiated onto a test region while shifting the irradiation position thereof, when performing analysis of a target substance using an analysis chip having the test region within a flow channel through which a sample solution is caused to flow, for capturing the target substance within the sample solution. Fluorescence generated at the test region is detected as a plurality of adjustment fluorescence signals. The target substance is analyzed using fluorescence generated when the excitation light beam is irradiated at an irradiation position within the test region determined based on the plurality of adjustment fluorescence signals.

摘要: A stimulable phosphor sheet stored thereon a radiation image is two-dimensionally scanned by a stimulating light beam by projecting the light beam along a main scanning line extending in a main scanning direction and moving one of the stimulable phosphor sheet and the stimulating light beam in a sub-scanning direction relatively to the other so that the stimulable phosphor sheet is exposed to the stimulating light beam along a plurality of main scanning lines arranged in the sub-scanning direction at a predetermined pitch and stimulated emission emitted from the part of the stimulable phosphor sheet exposed to the stimulating light beam is photoelectrically converted to an electric image signal by a photoelectric convertor. The power of the stimulating light beam is controlled depending on the pitch at which the main scanning lines are arranged in the sub-scanning direction.

摘要: Provided are a detection apparatus, a detection method and an optically transparent member, which can detect a decrease in a precision. A convolution is performed by a convolution portion 80 contained in an image processing portion 38, to acquire the distribution information indicating the light intensity distribution of a light beam, which is totally reflected at the interface and which is incident at a plurality of angles to an dielectric block 52 so as to be totally reflected at the interface of the dielectric block 52. A spatial frequency resolution is performed on the light intensity distribution indicated by the distribution information acquired, by a detection precision evaluating portion 86 contained in the image processing portion 38, to thereby derive the light intensity distribution of each spatial frequency of the light beam. The precision is detected by comparing the light intensity distribution derived, with a threshold value predetermined for each spatial frequency.
