摘要： An improved epilating device is capable of effectively removing the hairs at different skin portions of the human body. The epilating device includes a single housing which is shaped to be grasped by the hand of a user and which includes a drive source. The housing carries a first epilation module provided at its top with a first plucking head which is driven by the drive source to effect the plucking of the body hairs. The first plucking head has a length defining therealong a first epilation zone. Also carried on the housing is a second epilation module provided at its top with a second plucking head which is driven commonly by the drive source to effect plucking of the body hairs. The second plucking head has a length defining therealong a second epilation zone. The first and second epilation modules are shaped respectively to have individual top ends of different external dimensions along the lengths of the first and second plucking heads and to have the first and second epilation zones of different lengths. Thus, the first and second epilation module can be selected depending upon the intended skin portion for optimum hair plucking at that portion.

摘要： A depilator has a casing, a row of tweezers, and a skin tensioner which is driven independently from the skin tensioner. When using the depilator, the user grips the casing of the depilator. The skin tensioner swings back and forth between a home position and a tensioning position, thereby applying an appropriate tension to the skin during the depilation.The pain caused by plucking hair is reduced. The driving load of the skin tensioner can also be reduced.

The hair removing unit is configured to pull out hair through rotation of the rotatable cylinder. Also provided is a driving source configured to rotate the rotatable cylinder, a drive transmission configured to transmit driving force from the driving source to the rotatable cylinder, a housing having a handheld configuration and configured to house at least the driving source and at least a portion of the drive transmission, and a water-resistant member affixed to the housing at substantially a middle, portion of the drive transmission and configured to substantially water-resistantly seal the driving source.

摘要： A hand-held depilating device capable of masking the pain of plucking the hairs. A plucking head has a plurality of pinching elements which arrange along a horizontal axis in a closely adjacent relation and are driven to close and open gaps between the pinching elements for pinching the hairs between the adjacent elements and release the hairs therefrom. A cycler or turning mechanism is included to cyclically move the plucking head in a direction crossing with the horizontal axis so as to define, in combination with the movement of closing and opening the pinching elements, repeated depilating cycles of introducing the hairs between the adjacent pinching elements, pinching the hairs therebetween, plucking the hairs from the skin, and releasing the hairs from between the pinching elements. Mounted to the top of the housing adjacent to the plucking head is a simulator which applies stimuli to the skin independently of the plucking head. The device includes a synchronous mechanism for synchronizing a timing of applying the stimuli with the depilating cycle. Thus, the stimuli can be made at an optimum timing or timings within the depilating cycle, thereby masking the hair plucking pain.

摘要： An electrolytic test machine is used for a corrosion resistance test for a test material comprised of a metal blank and a coating film. The electrolytic test machine is constructed so that an adverse influence, due to chlorine gas generated during a test, can be inhibited. The electrolytic test machine includes an electrolytic cell in which an aqueous solution of NaCl is stored so that a test material is immersed in the aqueous solution of NaCl. An electrode is immersed in the aqueous solution of NaCl. A DC power source supplies electric current between the electrode and the test material. A chlorine gas treating device collects chlorine gas which is generated with electrolysis of the aqueous solution of NaCl and which is released out of the aqueous solution of NaCl along with the aqueous solution of NaCl. The chlorine gas treating device includes a treating pipe line, a suction pump mounted on the treating pipe line, and a chlorine gas purifying member.

The radio communication terminal corrects at least any one of both retrieval timing and retrieval time so that the retrieval timing is moved, or the retrieval time is prolonged. The radio communication terminal retrieves the GPS satellites based upon the corrected retrieval timing and the corrected retrieval time.
