摘要： The present invention discloses an improved rigid structure of a cushion frame provided with a vehicle seat for a child, wherein the seat for a child is mounted at the rear side of a seat back. Further, a seat belt anchor of the seat is firmly fixed to the cushion frame.To a back frame member of a cushion frame to which a seat belt anchor for a child is fixed, a horizontal portion of a reinforcing member having a large section modulus in the longitudinal direction is firmly fixed. Further a vertical portion of the reinforcing member having a large section modulus in the vertical direction is firmly fixed to the right and left frame members of the cushion frame so as to reinforce the back frame member and the right and left frame members of the cushion frame.

摘要： An infant safety seat is provided on the rear side of an automobile seat back which is pivotable about a base hinge mechanism, between a position in which it leans to the rear so as to accommodate an adult passenger on the regular seat cushion, and a positon in which it leans forward so as to allow a removable infant safety seat cushion to be attached to the seat back. A seat back stopper is formed on the front edge of the removable infant safety seat. The seat back stopper projects between the bottom of the seat back frame and the relatively stationary seat cushion frame. With this arrangement if forces acting on the seat back in the rearward direction cause the dog clutch of a reclining mechanism of the seat back to fail, the seat back is prevented from rotating backwards and crushing the infant by means of the seat back stopper. Thus, it becomes unnecessary to provide a specially reinforced reclining mechanism on seats on which a rear mounted infant seat are to be mounted.

摘要： There is provided a mounting structure of an automobile, wherein a belt line outer weather strip and a center pillar garnish is mounted on a door panel via an end cap mechanism. The center pillar garnish comprises a concave groove in a lower end portion thereof. The concave groove opens in a down ward direction. The end cap mechanism comprises a roughly U-shaped gripping groove in an upper portion thereof and a clip portion in a lower portion thereof. The gripping groove of the end cap mechanism holds a cut upper end portion of the belt line outer weather strip and an upper concave groove portion of the center pillar garnish as well as an upper pass hole portion of the center pillar portion. The clip portion is inserted into a mounting hole of the door panel.

摘要： A weather strip to be attached to sides of a foldable, detachable, movable roof of a vehicle, the weather strip composed of an extrusion portion and a mold portion. The extrusion portion has a base, a hollow seal, the hollow seal having an upper portion directing toward an outside of a vehicle so as to form a convex portion for contacting an upper portion of a door glass, a bridge portion provided in the hollow seal by halving hollow portion of the hollow seal vertically, the bridge portion being constricted at an inner intermediate portion thereof, a seal lip projecting from a lower portion of the hollow seal for elastically contacting the door glass, the seal lip directing outward of the vehicle. The mold portion has the bridge portion and the seal lip which are the same as those of the extrusion portion. Accordingly, the sealing property and external appearance of the transfer portion and the mold portion can be improved. Further, there are provided engaging portions and having first and second confronted surfaces, wherein the confronted surfaces have non-seal portions on which tapered convex and convex portions are formed, and wherein the tapered convex portion engage with the tapered concave portion. With the arrangement of the present invention, even if there is uneven fitting in the weather strip, such uneven fitting can be sufficiently absorbed, so as to maintain an excellent sealing property and sound insulation property.
