    摘要： A health data collection system for higher quality health care is provided. A patient terminal 21 has a data processor 34 for storing, in a memory 33, vital data obtained by a vital sensor 25 and voice data inputted through a microphone 27 in a memory 33 in association with each other. The vital data and voice data stored in the memory 33 are transmitted to a center server 22 via a communication network 24 and accumulated in a database server 40. A doctor terminal 23 has a memory 52 for storing the vital data and voice data received from the database server 40, and a data processor 57 for outputting the vital data and voice data stored in the memory 52 to a CRT display 55 and speaker 53 in association with each other.

    摘要： A seat with a heating device is provided which realizes a configuration in which the arm, palms and finger tips of a user can easily be warmed when the user uses the seat with the heating device. When the user is seated in a seat with a heating device and feels cold due to it being winter, the user controls a switch to heat the seat, whereby energization of heating elements 3a, 3b, 3c is started which are connected to a power supply via electric wires. When the energization of the heating elements 3a, 3b, 3c is started, heat generated thereby is conducted to skin materials 2a, 2b, 2c and surfaces of the skin materials are warmed. When the user places his or her arm on an armrest portion 5, the arm is warmed via the skin material 2c, whereby the user can feel the sensation of comfortableness.

    摘要： A battery charger for charging an electrically-driven vehicle by connecting the electrically-driven vehicle with an external power source, the battery charger includes an earth leakage detector operable to detect earth leakage of the battery charger; an earth leakage circuit breaker operable to switch energization from the external power source; an earth leakage confirmation relay capable of forcibly causing earth leakage in a downstream circuit of the earth leakage detector; a resistor unit connected in series with the earth leakage confirmation relay and capable of being set to any one of a plurality of leakage current values; and a controller operable to switch the earth leakage circuit breaker based on a detection result of the earth leakage detector while forcibly causing earth leakage in the downstream circuit.
