One such parameter is monitoring of medication compliance and treatment session attendance done by a medication and liquid dispensing apparatus, which combines mechanical dispensing of medication. These parameters are provided in standard of care summaries to care providers, and are continually reported by the Optimum Recognition Blueprint as Standard of Care Summaries to care providers, as well as communicated to the end-user by the Virtual Caregiver Interface.

摘要: A system for the control of a medical implant in a mammal body is provided. The system comprises a first and a second part being adapted for communication with each other, in which system: the first part is adapted for implantation in the mammal body for the control of and communication with the medical implant, and the second part is adapted to be worn on the outside of the mammal body and adapted to receive control commands from a user and to transmit these commands to the first part. The second part is adapted to receive and recognize the control commands from a user as voice commands and is adapted to transform recognized voice commands into signals which are transmitted to the first part, wherein said second part comprise a learning device adapted to successively learn the voice commands and learn to combine with the right output command, and wherein said learning device is adapted to recognize approximate voice commands into a fixed defined output command, the first part is adapted to convey such signals to the implant, the voice commands comprise a complex of different frequencies translated into one fixed defined output command, and wherein the second part comprises a wireless remote control for transmitting the signals to the first part wirelessly.

摘要: System and methods for controlling healthcare devices and systems using voice commands are presented. In some aspects a listening device may receive voice command from a person. The voice command may be translated into human readable or machine readable text via a speech-to-text service. A control component may receive the text and send device-specific instructions to a medical device associated with a patient based on the translated voice command. In response to the instructions, the medical device may take an action on a patient. Some examples of actions taken may include setting an alarm limit on a monitor actively monitoring a patient and adjusting the amount of medication delivered by an infusion pump. Because these devices may be controlled using a voice command, in some cases, no physical or manual interaction is needed with the device. As such, multiple devices may be hands-free controlled from any location.

摘要: A patient health management platform accesses a metabolic profile for a patient and biosignals recorded for the patient during a current time period comprising sensor data and/or lab test data collected for the patient. The platform receives patient data recorded during the current time period comprising food items consumed, medications taken, and symptoms experienced by the patient. The platform implements a machine-learned metabolic model to determine a metabolic state of the patient at a conclusion of the current time period by comparing a true representation of the metabolic state and a prediction of the metabolic state. The true representation and the prediction are determined based on the recorded biosignals and the recorded patient data, respectively. The platform generates a patient-specific treatment recommendation outlining instructions for the patient to improve their metabolic state and provides the patient-specific treatment recommendation to the patient device for display to the patient.
