摘要: An X-ray imaging system and method are provided. The system may include: an X-ray source configured to irradiate X-ray beams; a first grating and a second grating arranged sequentially in an irradiation direction of the X-ray beams; a detector arranged at downstream of the second grating in the irradiation direction; and a controller and data processing device configured to control the X-ray source to irradiate the X-ray beams, to control the detector to receive X-ray beams passing through the first grating and the second grating to generate phase contrast information and/or dark field information, and to perform CT check on an object under check based on the phase contrast information and/or the dark field information to obtain a CT image. In this way, it is possible to obtain more characteristic information about the object under check, so as to achieve more precise material recognition and security check.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a detector device comprising a plurality of detector assemblies. Each detector assembly comprises at least one detection crystal units having a first energy response and those having a second energy response, which are both arranged along a first direction at intervals, each detection crystal unit having a first/second energy response including at least one detection crystals having a first/second energy response arranged along a second direction. The at least one detection crystal units having a first energy response and the at least one detection crystal units having a second energy response are, at least partially, alternatively arranged along the first direction when viewed from an incidence direction of the X-ray. The present disclosure also discloses a dual energy CT system having the detector device and a CT detection method using this system.

摘要: The present invention provides a CT image calibration method and device and a CT system. The method includes: arranging a fixed calibration element at the outside of a channel area and within the maximal reconstruction area of a CT scanning device, and storing the theoretical value of the fixed calibration element; collecting the projection data of the fixed calibration element to obtain the actual reconstructed image of the fixed calibration element; and comparing the actual reconstructed image with the stored corresponding theoretical value, to establish a mapping function for correcting the actual reconstructed image into the theoretical value. By adopting the present invention, the calibration quality can be effectively improved, the image calibration effect is enhanced, the reliability of the CT scanning device is improved and the maintenance cost is saved, thus the practical application value is very high.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a spiral CT system and a reconstruction method thereof. In some embodiments, it is proposed that data missing due to a large pitch is compensated by weighting the complementary projection data of the projection data obtained using the spiral CT system. After the data is complemented, the projection data is rebinned as cone parallel beam data, cone-angle cosine weighting and one-dimensional filtering are implemented on the rebinned data, and parallel beam back projection is finally implemented on the filtered data, to obtain the reconstructed images. In some embodiments, with the above method, the speed of the belt can be increased by more than one time in a case that the existing area of the detectors and the existing speed of the slip ring are unchanged, thereby improving the pass rate of the luggage and maintaining the quality of the reconstructed images unchanged.

An XRD detection device may include a plurality of XRD detectors that are divided into the same number of groups as the radiation source focus points, wherein XRD detectors in a same group are arranged to be separated by XRD detectors in other groups, and rays of each of the radiation source focus points are received by XRD detectors having the same group number as the group number of the radiation source focus point.

An exemplary system may comprise a distributed X-ray source arrangement, a fixed grating module, an X-ray detecting device, and a computer workstation. In one illustrative implementation, X-ray sources of the distributed incoherent X-ray source arrangement may sequentially generate and emit X-rays to an object to be detected. Further, for each exposure, the X-ray detecting device may receive the X-rays, wherein after a series of stepping exposures and corresponding data acquisitions, at each pixel of the X-ray detecting device, X-ray intensities are represented as an intensity curve; the intensity curve may be compared to an intensity curve in the absence of the object to be detected, and a pixel value at each pixel may be obtained from a variation of the intensity curves; and image information of the object to be detected may be obtained according to such pixel values.

The apparatus includes a ray source in a form of multiple distributed spots, multiple columns of detectors, a data acquisition device, an article carrying and control device, and a multi-spectral projection data processing device. An object of the present disclosure is to combine static CT scanning technology with multi-spectral analysis technology. It has an advantage of a static CT system, such as high scanning speed, simple mechanic structure, and/or cost reduction due to omission of slip ring. It also can perform identification of material in an article, and can be widely applied in occasions such as safety inspection, and smuggling suppression at customs.

摘要: A CT system and method thereof are disclosed. The system includes: a conveyor mechanism; a first scanning stage configured to scan the object and generate a first digital signal; a second scanning stage spaced from the first scanning stage at a preset distance in a direction of the object's movement; a processing device configured to reconstruct a CT image of the object at a first image quality based on the first digital signal, and analyze the CT image; and a control device configured to adjust a scanning parameter of the second scanning stage based on an analysis result of the processing device to cause the second scanning stage to output a second digital signal. The processing device reconstructs a CT image of the object at a second image quality higher than the first image quality at least based on the second digital signal. The system takes full advantage of the distributed ray sources which replace the normal slip ring technology.

An illustrative method for liquid detection herein may include implementing CT imaging and XRD imaging on one or more liquid planes of liquid contained in a container at once by rotating the container so that X-rays from a same radiation source scan a whole area of each of the one or more liquid planes, and generating a substance identification result for the liquid contained in the container based on a CT image and a XRD image, wherein the CT imaging and the XRD imaging are implemented on a same liquid plane or different liquid planes. Consistent with various aspects and features, implementations may identify substances contained in the liquid more quickly and accurately.
