摘要: The present disclosure provides a back scattering inspection system and a back scattering inspection method. The back scattering inspection system includes a frame and a back scattering inspection device. The rack includes a track arranged vertically or obliquely relative to the ground, and a space enclosed by the track forms an inspection channel; and the back scattering inspection device includes a back scattering ray emitting device and a back scattering detector, and the back scattering inspection device is movably disposed on the track for inspecting an inspected object passing through the inspection channel. The back scattering inspection system can perform back scattering inspection on a plurality of surfaces of the inspected object.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an electromagnetic imaging device for an active microwave and millimeter wave security inspection apparatus, including: a two-dimensional multiple-input multiple-output array panel including at least one sub-array, wherein each sub-array includes a plurality of transmitting antennas arranged linearly and a plurality of receiving antennas arranged linearly, the plurality of transmitting antennas arranged linearly being intersected with the plurality of receiving antennas arranged linearly; a signal processing device; a display device; and a ranging radar. In each sub-array, a midpoint of a connection line between each transmitting antenna and a corresponding receiving antenna serves as a virtual equivalent phase center of a pair of the each transmitting antenna and the corresponding receiving antenna, and the plurality of transmitting antennas and the plurality of receiving antennas are arranged to generate an equivalent phase center web. A distance between adjacent transmitting antennas or a distance between adjacent receiving antennas is equal to a wavelength of the electromagnetic wave with the specific frequency, and a distance between adjacent equivalent phase centers in the equivalent phase center web generated ranges from 30% to 70% of the wavelength of the electromagnetic wave with the specific frequency.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a portable terahertz security inspection apparatus, including: a carrying body; a terahertz emitting device arranged on the carrying body, wherein the terahertz emitting device includes a terahertz signal source and an emitting unit connected to the terahertz signal source and configured to emit a terahertz wave; a terahertz detector arranged on the carrying body and configured to receive the terahertz wave reflected from an inspected object; a data acquisition and processing system arranged on the carrying body and connected to the terahertz detector, wherein the data acquisition and processing system is configured to receive a scan data for the inspected object from the terahertz detector and generate a terahertz image; and a display device connected to the data acquisition and processing system and configured to receive and display the terahertz image from the data acquisition and processing system. The portable terahertz security inspection apparatus does not need to be equipped with a mechanical scanning system, so that a volume and a weight of the terahertz security inspection apparatus may be greatly reduced, and a security inspector may move the terahertz security inspection apparatus manually to perform scanning of the imaging area.

The gate system for sample detection and the method of sample inspection provided by the present disclosure have a wide range of applications and can perform rapid sampling and detection to those substances that are difficult to be volatilized.

The method for coating boron as provided in the application is applicable for various substrates and has small restrictions on substrate shapes, particularly for substrates having complex surface structures and high aspect ratios.
