摘要: An inverter surge-resistant insulated wire, having an enamel baked layer, an adhesive layer, and an extrusion-coated resin layer, around the outer periphery of a conductor, wherein the sum of the thickness of the enamel baked layer, the extrusion-coated resin layer, and the adhesive layer is 60 μm or more, wherein the thickness of the enamel baked layer is 50 μm or less, and wherein the extrusion-coated resin layer is formed from a polyphenylene sulfide resin composition, which contains a polyphenylene sulfide polymer having a melt viscosity at 300° C. of 100 Pa·s or more, 2 to 8 mass % of a thermoplastic elastomer, and an antioxidant, and which has a tensile modulus of elasticity at 25° C. of 2,500 MPa or more, and a tensile modulus of elasticity at 250° C. of 10 MPa or more.

摘要: A multilayer insulated wire, comprising: a conductor; and at least three extruded insulation layers covering the conductor, which extruded insulation layers comprise: (A) an outermost layer composed of an extruded covering layer of a resin whose elongation rate after heat treatment by immersion in a solder at 150° C. for two seconds is at least 290% and at least equal to elongation rate before the heat treatment; (B) an innermost layer comprising a resin whose elongation rate after heat treatment by immersion in a solder at 150° C. for two seconds is at least 290% and at least equal to elongation rate before the heat treatment; and (C) an insulation layer that is placed between the outermost layer and the innermost layer and that is composed of an extruded covering layer of a crystalline resin with a melting point of at least 280° C. or an amorphous resin with a glass transition temperature of at least 200° C.; and a transformer having the multilayer insulated wire.

摘要: A multilayer insulated electric wire includes a conductor and three or more insulating layers covering the conductor. In the multilayer insulated electric wire, the outermost layer (A) of the insulating layers includes a coating layer formed of a resin composition of a polyamide resin containing copper iodide, and the innermost layer (B) of the insulating layers includes a coating layer formed of a resin composition of 100 parts by mass of a polyester-based resin (B1), all or a part of which is formed of an aliphatic alcohol component bonded with an acid component, and 5 to 40 parts by mass of an ethylene-based copolymer (B2) having side chains of a carboxylic acid or a metal salt of a carboxylic acid.

摘要: A saddle type pipe joint for construction of branching connections, composed of a saddle-shaped main pipe-connecting part and a cylindrical branching pipe-connecting part. The two parts are integrally molded by a reaction molding, composed of a shape-memorized plastic resin, and have on the inner surfaces a fusion-bonding plastic resin layer containing a conductive filler. The pipe joint is made by polymerising a reactive liquid stock for a shape-memorizable plastic resin in a mold using a core made of a fusible plastic resin containing a conductive filler; cutting the main pipe part of the molded composite article along its length at the side opposite to the branching pipe-connecting site; and opening side edges of the thus-cut main pipe. The construction of branching connections is carried out by utilizing the restoration of the shape-memorized plastic resin to the original shape.
