    摘要: A resin piping assembly including a base divisional component having first and second half components having respective first and second interfacial surfaces formed along an oil passage, and first and second divisional components which have respective third and fourth interfacial surfaces formed along the oil passage, and which are bonded to the respective first and second half components. Each of the base divisional component, and the first and second divisional components is formed of a resin material, and the first and second interfacial surfaces are spaced apart from each other, and open in respective opposite directions. The base divisional component further includes a cylindrical connecting pipe portion having a connecting passage portion which is a part of the oil passage and which is provided for communication between the first and second passage portions. Also disclosed is a process of forming the resin piping assembly.

    摘要: A connector for facilitating fluid transfer includes first fitting, a second fitting, a rigid conduit, a first retaining connector, and a second retaining connector. The rigid conduit includes a flexible tube surrounded by a deformable sleeve. The rigid conduit is connected on a first end to the first fitting and on a second end to the second fitting. The first retaining connector connects the first fitting to the rigid conduit and the second retaining connector connects the second fitting to the rigid conduit. A lumen extends through the rigid conduit and is capable of being sealed. The rigid conduit and the flexible tube are capable of being severed while maintaining the seal of the lumen to separate the first fitting from the second fitting. The connections of the first fitting and the second fitting to the rigid conduit are capable of withstanding at least 1 bar of pressure without leaking.

    摘要: An exhaust pipe structure for an in-line four-cylinder internal combustion engine includes: an in-line four-cylinder internal combustion engine; four exhaust pipes connected with respective exhaust ports in respective cylinders of the internal combustion engine; and a converging exhaust pipe connected with a converging portion at which downstream ends of all the exhaust pipes converge. In this exhaust pipe structure, the exhaust pipes are each configured as a dual pipe including an outer pipe and an inner pipe disposed inside the outer pipe. At the converging portion, the four exhaust pipes are arrayed linearly in parallel with each other, and the outer pipes of adjacent ones of the exhaust pipes are directly welded with each other at the downstream ends.
