摘要: An assembly system that includes a robot adapted to grip an electronic device to be mounted on a circuit board, a first vision system that identifies a position and a posture of the electronic device gripped by the robot, a fixing device that fixe a plurality of circuit boards thereon, and a second vision system that identifies a position and a posture of the circuit board fixed on the fixing device. The robot mounts the gripped electronic device on a circuit board under the visual guidance of the first vision system and the second vision system. The view field of the second vision system is not capable of completely covering a surface region of all circuit boards fixed on the fixing device. The assembly system further includes a moving mechanism that moves the second vision system in a first horizontal direction and a second horizontal direction perpendicular to the first horizontal direction, so that the second vision system completes identification of all circuit boards on the fixing device step by step. With this assembly system, the robot complete the assembly work of all circuit boards at an assembly station. Also, a method of assembling a circuit board that mounts a gripped electronic device on a circuit board.

摘要: An assembly system comprises a fixing device configured to fix a housing and a pressing mechanism adapted to assemble a contact into the housing. The pressing mechanism includes a fixing block having a contact guiding slot adapted to receive the contact therein and a movable block movably mounted on the fixing block and adapted to press the contact downward. The movable block is moved downward to press the contact received in the contact guiding slot into a contact installation slot of the housing in a condition in which the contact guiding slot of the fixing block is aligned with the contact installation slot of the housing.

摘要: A calibration system adapted to calibrate a resistance of an electrical device having a lead wire comprises a resistance detector adapted to detect the resistance of the electrical device, a first container containing an etching solution adapted to etch the lead wire, and a heater configured to heat the electrical device. If a first resistance of the electrical device detected by the resistance detector at a first temperature is within a first predetermined range, the electrical device is heated with the heater to a second temperature higher than the first temperature. A second resistance of the electrical device is detected by the resistance detector at the second temperature. If the second resistance is beyond a second predetermined range, the lead wire is etched by the etching solution to adjust the resistance of the electrical device until the second resistance at the second temperature is within the second predetermined range.

摘要: A feeding system comprises a hopper having a discharge port at a bottom of the hopper, a flow control gate disposed at the discharge port of the hopper, a sliding rail obliquely disposed below the hopper, and a vibration excitation unit. The hopper accommodates a plurality of different types of product components and each of the product components flows out from the discharge port of the hopper. A flow rate of the product components flowing out from the discharge port is adjustable by adjusting an opening degree of the flow control gate. The sliding rail is configured to receive the product components flowing out from the discharge port. The vibration excitation unit receives the product components from the sliding rail and is configured to separate the product components and to change a posture of the product components by virtue of vibration.

The step plates are adapted to carry one or more of the products and the transferring belt is configured to drive the step plates to circulate around the annular path so as to lift the products from the hopper onto the conveyor belt.

摘要: A clamping device includes an installation plate and a pair of clamping claws installed on the installation plate. One of the clamping claws has a first clamping surface and the other has a second clamping surface. The first clamping surface contacts a side of a fixed part of the elastic contact member and a row of first elastic arms. The second clamping surface contacts another side of the fixed part and a row of second elastic arms. The first clamping surface matches an outer surface of the side of the fixed part and a plurality of outer surfaces of the row of first elastic arms, the second clamping surface matches an outer surface of the other side of the fixed part and a plurality of outer surfaces of the row of second elastic arms. A clamping force applied by the clamping claws is evenly distributed on the elastic contact member.
