摘要: A modularly structured mounting rack of vertical-type construction is proposed which is designed to receive electronic units or devices placed one above the other. The mounting rack substantially encompasses a rear wall module constituting a first constructional unit and a frame module constituting a second constructional unit. The rear wall module is of a substantially box-like structure to receive wiring and comprises a predetermined number of support elements arranged at individual wiring planes for supporting cables which are provided with plugs. At an end face of the rear wall module, specifically at the left-hand or right-hand side thereof, there are provided connection members arranged above each other which, in the assembled state of the two constructional units, are freely accessibly arranged for connection to appropriately laid external lines.

摘要: A microscope comprising a main objective having a variable focal length and comprising an illuminating unit including a light source and an illuminating optical system for generating an illuminating beam path directed onto the object plane and extending outside the main objective. A unit is provided for centering the illumination dependent on a variation of the focal length of the main objective, and the illuminating optical system is mounted at least in part in a laterally shiftable manner for centering the illumination. In particular, the illuminating optical system has a diaphragm that is mounted in a laterally shiftable manner.

摘要: An optical instrument, in particular an endoscope, has a shaft and an inter-changeable head. The interchangeable head is detachably connected to the distal end of the shaft at a coupling point. The instrument also has a first transmission system for distal transmission of illuminating power, and a second transmission system for proximal transmission of image information, the first transmission system and the second transmission system passing through the coupling point. The interchangeable head and/or the coupling point are/is designed in such a way that upon loosening of the interchangeable head image information of perceptively modified quality is transmitted by the second transmission system.

摘要: A method and device for autofocusing in a microscope (11), wherein two preferably spot-shaped, markers (12) are generated on an object, the spacing (d) of the markers representing an indication of the defocusing of a working plane (9) in the object from the focal plane (10) of the microscope (11). A focus drive (6) displaces the working plane (9) into the focal plane (10) as a function of the marker spacing (d). In order to allow rapid and exact focusing to be performed, a detector (4) acquires an image of the markers (12) generated on the object, an evaluation unit (7a) determines the spacing of the markers (12), and a control unit (7b) adjusts, as a function of the determined marker spacing (d), the speed of the focus drive (6) at which the working plane (9) is displaced into the focal plane (10).
