    摘要: A fuel injection valve prevents capillary flow by the provision of controlled pressure compensation. In the region of axial extension of the magnet coil, at least one radially extending transverse hole is introduced into the valve housing and this hole is covered by a diaphragm which surrounds the valve housing in the form of a ring. The diaphragm allows pressure compensation without the risk that moisture will penetrate into the interior of the valve and prevents negative capillary flows. The fuel injection valve is suitable, in particular, for use in fuel injection systems of mixture-compressing applied-ignition internal combustion engines.

    摘要: The invention provides sealing ring formed by a ring inner part and a bulge, the bulge extending radially outward at a right angle to a longitudinal axis of the ring so that a T-shaped cross section of the sealing ring is produced. The slightly conically extending inner surfaces of the sealing ring are pressed radially outward upon assembly so that a long guide area of the sealing ring on the contact pin is created which completely precludes any tilting of the sealing ring and increases the axial sealing. The sealing ring is particularly suitable for use in electromagnetically actuatable fuel injection valves.

    摘要: A solenoid valve for controlling a fuel injector of an internal combustion engine having an electromagnet, a movable armature having an armature plate and an armature pin, and a control valve element which is moved with the armature and works together with a valve seat, for opening and closing a fuel drain channel of a control pressure chamber of the fuel injector, is provided. The armature plate is mounted on the armature pin so that it is movable by sliding under the effect of its inertial mass in the closing direction of the control valve element against the tension of a return spring acting on the armature plate. In order to be able to easily set the maximum slide path of the armature plate, an actuator is provided on the armature plate which is arranged on a section of the armature plate facing away from the electromagnet and is adjustable in the sliding direction of the armature plate relative to a face of the armature plate facing the electromagnet.

    摘要: A fuel injection valve comprising a front attachment in whose wall a blocking element is displaceably supported; on its slide segment toward an air chamber, the pressure in the inlet tube upstream of a throttle valve prevails, while in the opposite direction the intake tube pressure downstream of the throttle valve is operative. If there is a sufficient pressure difference, the blocking element is displaced to the left far enough that it blocks at least one injection port on the fuel injection valve and blocks one guide conduit in the front attachment. As a result, only the one open inlet valve of one cylinder of the engine is supplied with fuel, via the at least one open injection port and the open guide conduit. The fuel injection valve is especially suitable for fuel injection in mixture-compressing internal combustion engines with externally supplied ignition.

    摘要: In known equipment for injecting a fuel/gas mixture, having a fuel injection valve protruding into a stepped longitudinal bore of a gas distributor part, the formation of as homogeneous as possible a fuel/gas mixture and the fine atomization of the fuel are not assured if the gas envelops the injected fuel approximately in the flow direction of the fuel. The novel apparatus has a swirl element in the longitudinal opening of the gas distributor part, the swirl element having a mixing opening extending concentrically with the longitudinal valve axis; at least one curved, groovelike flow conduit, formed in the wall of the swirl element, discharges into this mixing opening. As a result, particularly fine atomization of the fuel and the formation of the most homogeneous possible fuel/gas mixture are assured. The embodiment of the apparatus is especially suitable for use in mixture-compressing internal combustion engines with externally supplied ignition.

With the attachment, the functions of supplying and metering gas are optimized independently of the functions of sealing off the fuel injection valve with respect to an intake conduit and of securing the attachment onto the fuel injection valve. In addition, the fuel injection valve and attachment provide a modular system which allows a large number of possible variations which can be achieved by simple and inexpensive component changes.

    摘要: A device and method for injecting a fuel-gas mixture. The novel device has an advantage of a simple and exact adjustment of an annular gas gap. The adjustment of the axial extension of a narrow annular gap is effected by varying the axial spacing between the face end of a retaining shoulder on a fuel injection valve and the face end of the bottom part in the region of the annular gas gap of the gas enveloping bushing.
