摘要: A coil coating method for multilayer coating of a continuous metal strip, which is disposed in the strip passage, in which on a flat side of the metal strip, a curable polymer primer is applied by means of a roller application and cured in order to form an electrically insulating primer layer and a curable polymer varnish is applied onto said primer layer by means of roller application and cured in order to form an electrically insulating varnish layer, wherein at least one at least electrically conductive conductor track is printed on at least some areas between the primer layer and the varnish layer is proposed. In order to increase the reproducibility of the coil coating method, it is proposed that the conductor track be printed on some areas of the pre-cured primer layer and that the conductor track and varnish be applied using a wet-on-wet process.

摘要: An apparatus and a method are disclosed for producing an electric terminal contact on a coated sheet, whose coating has at least one electric conductor path covered by an electrical insulation layer, in which apparatus and method a recess is produced extending through the insulation layer at least to the electrical conductor path and in this recess, an electrically conductive contact element is provided, one end of which is electrically connected to the conductor path and at the other end of which forms the electrical terminal contact. In order to increase the reproducibility, the proposal is made for the recess to be produced with the aid of a hollow needle, which is advanced in the direction toward the conductor path and which, as it is withdrawn from the recess, introduces an electrically conductive, viscous compound into this recess in order to produce the contact element.

摘要: A strain gauge and a metal strip having such a strain gauge, which has a first measuring grid, a second measuring grid, and a substrate on which these two measuring grids are positioned in a common plane. In order to enable achievement of an inexpensive strain gauge whose measurement results can be robustly compensated for in relation to a temperature disturbance variable, it is proposed that the multi-layer substrate have a metallic layer and an electrically insulating layer onto which electrically insulating layer these two measuring grids consisting of a piezoresistive material are printed.

摘要: A metal strip and a coil coating process for multilayer coating of an endless metal strip are disclosed in which a curable polymer primer is applied to a flat side of the metal strip with the aid of a roller application in order to form an electrically insulating primer layer, a curable polymer varnish is applied to this primer layer with the aid of a roller application and cured in order to form an electrically insulating varnish layer, and at least one electric conductor layer is printed at least in some areas between the primer layer and the varnish layer. In order to enable a stable and inexpensive electrical functionalization of a metal strip, it is proposed that an electrically polarizable layer be applied to at least some regions of the electric conductor layer and that the electric conductor layer and electrically polarizable layer be applied by means of a wet-on-wet process.
