    摘要: The amplitude of the hysteresis of the circuit is determined principally by the intensity of the current produced by a generator by means of a "band gap" reference voltage, an internal resistance of the circuit, and the resistances connected to the emitters of the input-stage transistors, enabling a high degree of precision to be achieved. The inputs of the circuit are defined by the bases of the input-stage transistors and therefore have high impedance. The preferred application is for forming interface circuits for sensors to be fitted in motor vehicles.

    摘要: A circuit extends the output voltage range of an integrator circuit wherein the input signal is used to produce an output signal, and the voltage of the output signal develops monotonically within a predetermined range of possible values. The integrator circuit is driven within an integration time period such that each time the signal at its output reaches a limit of the range of values, the integrator circuit starts a subsequent integration stage of the input signal in which the output signal develops again within the above-mentioned range. This takes place by resetting the integrator circuit or by a reversal of the characteristic slope of the output signal. This is combined with storing the number of occasions on which these interventions have occurred as determined by a scounter. This enables the actual voltage value of the signal resulting from the integration to be calculated by a relatively straightforward mathematical operation from the reading of the counter, and from the signal currently present at the output of the integrator at the end of the integration period.

    摘要: The short-circuit detecting device includes a current generator for generating a current (IIN) of predetermined intensity, selectively into or out of the terminal (IN), and a first voltage comparator connected to the terminal (IN) and connected to the current generator in a manner such that the generator generates a current (IIN) in the inward direction and in the outward direction relative to the terminal (IN), respectively, when the voltage between the terminal (IN) and the ground is greater than a first level and less than a second level, respectively. The first level is greater than or equal to the second. The device also includes a second voltage comparator for supplying a first and a second signal, respectively, when the voltage between the terminal (IN) and the ground is close to the supply voltage (Vcc) and close to the ground potential (gnd), respectively, and a processing circuit connected to the second comparator for detecting whether the first or the second signal, respectively, persists for a predetermined period of time. In this case, an output signal (F_Vcc; F_gnd) is supplied which is indicative of a short-circuit of the terminal (IN) to the supply (Vcc) or to ground, respectively.
