    摘要: A self-propelled vacuum cleaner is provided having an upper handle portion and a carriage pivotally mounted to a lower end of the handle portion for pivotal motion relative the handle portion about a horizontally extending carriage axis. A transmission drivingly connected to at least one drive wheel mounted on the carriage, whereby the at least one drive wheel propels the vacuum cleaner over a floor surface. A nozzle body pivotally mounted to the carriage for pivotal motion relative the carriage about a generally horizontally extending nozzle axis, the nozzle body having a downward facing suction opening. The nozzle axis being generally horizontally offset from the carriage axis.

    摘要: A method of detecting a misfire of an engine includes determining a range of sub-harmonic frequencies of one of a crankshaft sensor signal and an engine speed signal. The range of sub-harmonic frequencies is determined based on a fundamental frequency. The sub-harmonic frequencies are less than the fundamental frequency. Frequency content magnitudes are generated based on the range of the sub-harmonic frequencies and a Discrete Fourier Transform of at least one of the crankshaft sensor signal and an engine speed signal. An energy from velocity non-uniformity (EVN) signal is generated based on the frequency content magnitudes and the range of the sub-harmonic frequencies. The misfire is detected based on the EVN signal and a misfire threshold.

    摘要: A method of providing an embedded web server for a device is described. The device is of a particular device platform and is required to run a web application. The method includes the step of providing a web server class library and a virtual machine class library. The web server class library and the virtual machine class library include classes suitable for different web applications. The method also includes the step of identifying a particular web application to be run on the device. The libraries and the web application are then passed through a compiler to select from the web server class library and the virtual machine class library classes required to run the web application in the device to form the web server. This makes the web server an application-specific web server which requires minimized storage space from the device when embedded in the device. A system for providing an application-specific embedded web server for a device is also described.

The system includes a client module embedded in the handheld device to enable the handheld device to send a Universal Resource Locator (URL) via a communication link. The URL indicates a desired web page. The system also includes a receiver that receives the URL sent from the handheld device via the communication link. A web access module is coupled to the receiver and external Internet to access and retrieve the desired web page from a remote web server via the external Internet. A render system is coupled to the web access module to render the retrieved web page to the user of the handheld device.
