摘要: A data transfer method is provided which includes: sending a stream of data elements from a source to a sink (controlled by a common clock); simultaneously with the sending of the data element stream, sending a first binary signal to the sink, where the first binary signal is low if a data element is to be ignored by the sink, and is otherwise high; simultaneously with the sending of data element stream, sending a second binary signal from the sink to the source, where the second binary signal is low if the data element is not accepted by the sink, and is otherwise high; and simultaneously with the sending of the data element stream, sending a third binary signal to the sink, where the third binary signal marks a beginning and an end of a logical group of data elements within the data element stream.

摘要: A method for detecting validity of downlink control information in telecommunication user equipment and a decoder and baseband receiver to perform the method are provided. The object of avoiding falsely detecting payload data and misinterpreting them is achieved by reverse encoding a bit output sequence of a Viterbi decoder; determining hard bits from a soft-bit input sequence of the decoder; determining a bit count of real received bits; comparing the reverse encoded bit stream to the determined hard bit stream and counting the number of mismatches to obtain an error count; comparing a bit error rate which is defined as a quotient of the error count and the bit count against a predefined threshold value; and rejecting the payload as invalid if said bit error rate is above said threshold value, even if a cyclic redundancy check of the payload gives a correct result.

摘要: In a method for processing a signal received by a receiver, at a first wireless receiver (20, 62) a first signal (x(t), x1(t)) comprising first and second signal components is received. The first signal component is intended for the first wireless receiver (20, 62) and the second signal component is related to at least one of a sending signal (s(t)) generated by a transmitter (29, 69) or to a second signal (x2(t)) intended for a second wireless receiver (61). To the first wireless receiver (20, 62) a reference signal (r(t), r1(t), r2(t)) which is proportional to the sending signal (s(t)) or to the second signal (x2(t)). At the first wireless receiver (20, 62) and from the reference signal (r(t), r1(t), r2(t)) an estimation signal which estimates the second signal component is generated. A filtered signal (y(t), y1(t)) is generated by subtracting the estimation signal from the first signal (x(t), x1(t)).

摘要: A communication device and a method for transmitting data in wireless local area networks is provided. The device and method are deployed in networks in which the data information elements include an element identification part, a length statement part and an information part. The device and method enable a broad range of data transmission rates and are full compatible with communicating units operating according to previous modes in which a first data transmission rule defines the acceptable range of values of element identification parts. In the method, a second data transmission rule is implemented in at least one of the communicating units to extend the acceptable range of values of element identifications. The range of values is extended so that a second standard portion of the element identification part marks the information element as a second information element.

摘要: The invention, which relates to a method and an arrangement for interference compensation in a phase-locked loop comprising a voltage-controlled frequency generator, wherein the frequency generator is tuned to a nominal frequency by a tuning voltage Vtune and whose actual frequency is compared with a reference frequency by means of a frequency comparison and is re-adjusted if a deviation is detected via the frequency comparison, in which case, in the event of interference, the tuning voltage Vtune is changed by an interference voltage Vstör that depends on the interference event, and thus a frequency deviating from the nominal frequency is generated, which deviating frequency is corrected again by the phase locked loop, is based on the object to provide a method and an arrangement for interference compensation in a phase-locked loop comprising a voltage-controlled frequency generator, with which a deviation from a predefined nominal frequency is avoided if known interference events occur. The object is achieved in accordance with the invention in a method whereby, if a known interference event occurs, a voltage Vstör which compensates for the interference voltage Vcomp, is generated in synchronism with this with sign inversion and is superimposed on the interference voltage Vstör.
