摘要: A puncture assistance system provides information on a collapse state of a blood vessel to be punctured, caused by pressing action of an ultrasonic probe, when ultrasonic images of the blood vessel are acquired. A puncture assistance system 10 includes: vascular diameter detecting means 18 for detecting a vascular diameter during acquisition of the ultrasonic images from an ultrasonic diagnostic device 11; puncture assistance information generating means 12 for generating puncture assistance information for determination of whether or not puncture is allowed to be performed based on a collapse state of a blood vessel B caused by pressing action of an ultrasonic probe 15 against skin S by comparing a current vascular diameter detected by the vascular diameter detecting means 18 with a standard vascular diameter stored in advance; and a monitor 19 that presents the puncture assistance information.

摘要: An automatic needle mover for moving a medical threaded needle includes: two shafts extending in the same direction and slidable relative to each other along a longitudinal direction; a needle-holding portion provided on one end side of the second shaft; a needle-receiving portion provided on one end side of the first shaft; and a handle serving as a control portion for controlling the sliding of the two shafts. The needle-holding portion has a first claw portion protruding in a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the shafts. The needle-receiving portion has a second claw portion protruding in a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the shafts. As a result of the sliding of the two shafts, the needle-holding portion and the needle-receiving portion become close to each other and a straight needle held by the needle-holding portion can be press-fitted into the needle-receiving portion.

摘要: An operating portion which allows a bending treatment instrument to be inserted into an endoscope channel and bendably operated smoothly through intuition. The operating portion is connected with a device wire and bending wires and used to operate the treatment instrument and bend a freely bendable, bending treatment instrument, where the device wire is connected to a treatment instrument provided at a distal end of the bending treatment instrument and is used to operate the treatment instrument and the plurality of bending wires is used to bend the bending treatment instrument, the operating portion including: an operating portion body; a guide unit penetrated by the device wire; a bending wire pulling unit connected with the bending wires and swingably assembled onto the guide unit; and a grip portion connected with the device wire and configured to be reciprocable in an axial direction of the bending wire pulling unit.
