摘要： An insulating tape for manufacturing an insulating sleeve, impregnated with a hot-curing epoxy-resin acid-anhydride system, for electrical conductors.The insulating tape for manufacturing an insulating sleeve, impregnated with a hot-curing epoxy resin-hardener system, consists of an inorganic material, of high dielectric strength which is applied to a flexible support and is bonded by means of a binder and contains an accelerator which promotes the curing reaction, whereby the binder/accelerator mixture constitutes a system that is self-curing at the curing temperature of the impregnating resin.In the case of the binder/accelerator mixture, the binder consists of a physiologically innocuous, ring-epoxidized, cycloaliphatic epoxy resin, modified by molecular enhancement, with an epoxide equivalent greater than 200, and the accelerator adducts of piperazines, substituted in 1 position, with (meth)acrylate compounds.Such an insulating tape (1) can be stored indefinitely at ambient temperature and insulating sleeves (5) of electrical conductors (6) manufactured with it can be cured after being impregnated with epoxy resin/acid-anhydride-systems in economically short times and possess excellent rigidity and a high heat-distortion temperature.

摘要： An improved insulating sheath for an electrical conductor, which is impregnated with a hardenable impregnating resin and afterwards hardened, has alternating layers of porous support and thermostable plastic foil support tapes of inorganic sheet type insulating material. 摘要： A heat-hardenable reaction resin mixture including a polyisocyanate; a polyepoxy resin and an olefinically unsaturated compound having no active hydrogen atoms. Addition complexes of tertiary amines and boron trichloride having the general formula BCl.sub.3.NR.sub.1 R.sub.2 R.sub.3 are used as accelerators. Polymerizate inhibitors may also be added. The mixture is very storage-stable and hardens in short times (quickly) at elevated temperatures. The molding materials obtained in this manner are highly resistant to thermal aging.

An insulating tape based on breakdown-proof inorganic material and a bonding agent/accelerator mixture is developed in such a manner that, by means of heat-hardening impregnating resins, insulating sleeves for electric conductors with improved thermal-mechanical properties can be made therefrom. To this end, the bonding agent/accelerator mixture is a mixture of an epoxy resin/(meth) acrylic acid adduct, a bismaleimide resin and an adduct of a secondary amine and a polyfunctional (meth) acrylic acid ester which may optionally contain an organic peroxide.
