摘要： The present invention relates to an improved formaldehyde-free coated fibrous substrate. The coating includes a crosslinked binder system which forms three dimensional networks when heat cured. After the coating is applied to the back of fibrous substrate and cured, the coating is capable of hygroscopic expansion which imparts excellent anti-sag properties. The coating is compatible with other coating systems with neutral or mild alkaline pH. The improvement being the binding system is neutralized with a volatile base so that it evaporates quickly so as not to hinder the cross-linking reaction.

摘要： Water-based adhesive compositions are improved by the incorporation of hollow polymeric microspheres having outer surfaces coated with one or more barrier materials such as calcium carbonate particles. The adhesive compositions exhibit enhanced rheology, sprayability, drying time, tack and storage stability as compared to analogous adhesives that are not modified with coated hollow polymeric microspheres. Such compositions are useful as both contact adhesives as well as wet bonding one-way adhesives.

摘要： A system and a method are presented. The system includes an electrically conducting material and an electrical insulation system. The electrical insulation system includes a layered insulation tape that has a first layer and a second layer. The first layer includes a mica paper and a binder resin in a range from about 5 wt % to about 12 wt % of the insulation tape. The second layer includes a composite of layered nanoparticles dispersed in a polyetheretherketone (PEEK) matrix. The second layer laminates the first layer. The method includes attaching the first layer and the second layer with or without the addition of further resin; using the layered insulation tape as a turn insulation and ground wall insulation for an electrically conducting material; and impregnating the system with a nanofiller-incorporated resin by a vacuum pressure impregnation method, to form an insulation system within the system.

The gas barrier film shows an X-ray diffraction spectrum having a first peak top and a second peak top when measured at 25° C. and 65% RH using CuKα rays, the first peak top is derived from a first interlayer distance between adjacent layers of the inorganic layered mineral, the second peak top is derived from a second interlayer distance which is greater than the first interlayer distance by interposition of the resin component between layers of the inorganic layered mineral, and the second peak top is present at a position lower than a position of the first peak top in a 2θ axis.

摘要： Disclosed are a car interior sheet manufactured by using a defective product (defective hygiene product) among hygiene products such as tissues or diapers including wet-strength paper made of pulp including plastic or super absorbent polymer (SAP). The car interior sheet is manufactured by attaching surface layers such as a nonwoven fabric to both surfaces of a base layer thereof including 30-50 weight % of a pulverized material, 5-15 weight % of additives, and 30-50 weight % of thermoplastic resin. The car interior sheet represents a low manufacturing cost, and does not generate environmental hazardous materials. The car interior sheet represents superior impact resistance at high and low temperatures, has a superior moisture absorption rate due to the SAP, so that the car interior sheet is rapidly dried after the moisture has been absorbed.

In this insulating tape, the filler is supported in advance, and does not therefore flow out during manufacture of a stator coil, for example during hot-pressing.
