    摘要: The present invention relates to a solid oxide fuel cell stack modular structure, in that, being an integration of a plurality of fuel cell modules, it can determine the amount of fuel cell modules to be stacked in the modular structure according to an actual power output demand while ensuring airtightness in the modular structure, and moreover, with the modularization design, each fuel cell module in the modular structure that is malfunctioning can be detached and removed easily from the stack individually so as to be replaced by another operative fuel cell module.

    摘要: An apparatus is disclosed for testing the performance of a sealant for solid oxide fuel cell packs. The apparatus includes an oven including a base, a platform provided on the base and a frame connected to the platform. An elevator is used to raise and lower the oven. A pressuring and testing chamber is provided on the platform. The pressuring and testing chamber includes a first body and a second body connected to the first body. A carrier is provided between the first and second bodies. The carrier includes a first plate and a second plate so that the sealant can be provided between the first and second plates. A pusher includes an end connected to the frame and another end for pushing the second plate. A pusher-driving unit is connected to the frame for raising and lowering the pusher.

    摘要: An apparatus is disclosed for measuring the permeability of an anode of a solid oxide fuel cell. The apparatus includes a specimen container, an air reservoir and a recorder. The specimen container includes a can and a cover. The can includes a tunnel defined therein and a cavity in communication with the tunnel. The anode can be disposed in the cavity. The cover includes a tunnel defined therein and a bulger inserted in the cavity and pressed against the anode so that air can penetrate the anode and travel into the tunnel of the can from the tunnel of the cover. The air reservoir is in communication with the cover. The recorder measures and records the pressure and temperature of air in the air reservoir before and after the air is introduced into the specimen container from the air reservoir.

    摘要: Three bonding materials are provided on a first plate. The first bonding material is located between the second and third bonding materials. The first bonding material is thicker than the other bonding materials. A second plate is provided on the first bonding material. All of the plates and the bonding materials are heated to the softening point of the first bonding material. A load is exerted on the first bonding material to reduce the thickness of the first bonding material to that of the second and third bonding materials and transfer the load to the second and third bonding materials from the first bonding material. The temperature is raised to and kept at the crystallization point of the first bonding material. The temperature is raised to the wetting point of the second and third bonding materials.

    摘要: A plate type fuel reformer of fuel cells includes a reformer module stacked by multiple sheet components, and an engaging surface formed on a surface of the reformer module and adhered to a surface of the default fuel cell module in order to form a great thermally-conductive combination. Detachable connections are formed between each of the sheet components and between the sheet components and the fuel cells module. The edge of the reformer module is non-protruding from the side of the fuel cell module after connection. Multiple containing spaces are respectively formed between each of the sheet components for containing default catalyst units. Also, an independent air channel is formed for guiding outside air to into the fuel cell module and a fuel channel is formed for containing the default catalyst units and guiding outside fuel to react with the catalyst units to generate hydrogen gas and carbon monoxide.
