    摘要: A de-ringing device and a method thereof are provided. The de-ringing device, operative with a lookup table for storing a plurality of intensity coefficients, comprises a buffer and a de-ringing intensity determining unit. The buffer stores an input pixel sequence. The lookup table stores a plurality of intensity coefficients. The de-ringing intensity determining unit, coupled to the buffer and the lookup table, detects a plurality of pixel complexity of a first pixel group and a second pixel group associated with a target pixel in the pixel sequence, and looks up the lookup table according to the pixel complexities of the first pixel group and the second pixel group to output a de-ring intensity coefficient for the target pixel.

    摘要: A multiple-point smoothing method for motor-speed estimation. The output of an encoder is over-sampled to obtain over-sampled position differences according to an over-sampling factor M. The over-sampled position differences are averaged to obtain an initial speed estimation. The initial speed estimation is low-pass filtered to obtain a final speed estimation. The final speed estimation is sent to a speed controller to control the speed of a motor. Alternatively, in a composite multiple-point smoothing scheme, the initial speed estimations based on two over-sampling factors are obtained. One of the initial speed estimations is selected based on an average of the two estimations, and the selected initial speed estimation is further processed to obtain a final speed estimation. The method of the present invention can reduce ripple in estimated speed of motor when the motor is operated at high speed.

    摘要: A method of instant estimation of the rotor inertia of a load motor is disclosed. The adaptive filter accompanied with the Least Mean Square Rule is introduced to instantly estimate the rotor inertia of a load motor. One input of the adaptive filter is the current signal of a model motor whose rotor inertia is known, and the other is the deviation current signal between the model motor and the drive motor. Once the two inputs are determined, the rotor inertia of the load motor will then be calculated using the Least Mean Square Rule and the adaptive filter.

    摘要: An angle-calculation apparatus for three-phase optical encoder receives three-phase sinusoidal signals 120 degree phase from the optical encoder and obtains angle information for a motor rotor. The angle-calculation apparatus includes an A/D converter, a digital signal processor (DSP), a phase digitalizer and a digital counter. The A/D converter converts three-phase analog signals of the optical encoder into three-phase digital signals. The phase digitalizer converts the three-phase analog signals into digital phase signals. The digital counter generates a counting value based on the digital phase signals. The DSP performs an inverse trigonometric function calculation on a relatively linear region of the three-phase digital signals to obtain the angle information. The DSP obtains the rotation turn number and rotation direction of the motor rotor according to the counting value.

    摘要: A master-slave card system includes a master card and a plurality of slave cards connected in serial. The master card sends a command with a station-number information to the slave cards. A selected slave card designated by the station-number information sends back a response message, where the response message includes an initial packet, a plurality of data packets and a CRC check packet. The master card sends a next command to a next slave cards after the master cards identifies a correct initial packet. When the initial packet is not correct, the master card halts sending the next command until the received signal is already stopped for a predetermined silence time. The master card drops all the data packets if the CRC check packet associated with the data packet is not correct.
