摘要: A turbo fan including backward-inclined blades that are inclined in a direction opposite to a rotating direction of a rotating plate. A positive pressure surface of each blade, facing the rotating direction of the rotating plate, takes the form of a flat surface, and a negative pressure surface of the blade, opposite to the rotating direction of the rotating plate, takes the form of a convexly-curved surface. A radius of curvature defined by the convexly-curved negative pressure surface is within a range of 2.5˜4 times of a radius of the turbo fan. The turbo fan can reduce noise and consumption of power together, and consequently, an air conditioner having the turbo fan can achieve an improvement in performance.

摘要: A dehumidifier includes a body having inlet and outlet ports and a centrifugal fan mounted inside the body to circulate air. The centrifugal fan includes a fan disk coupled to a fan motor such that the fan disk can be rotated, and the fan disk includes an incline inclined toward the outlet ports to guide the flow of air passing through the centrifugal fan to the outlet ports. The incline extends from a motor coupling part of the fan disk, which is coupled to the fan motor, in the radial direction. Blades are mounted at the outer circumference of the incline.

摘要: A pipe fixing device comprising a plurality of pipes, for conducting liquid or gas, arranged to cross each other, and a fixing member for fixing the plurality of pipes. The fixing member comprises a plurality of pipe fixing bores, and a plurality of fitting bores for the fitting of bands used to tighten the pipes. The present invention can secure not only easy insertion of the pipes arranged to cross each other, but also enhancement in a coupling force of the pipes through the use of the tightening bands, resulting in stable and reliable fixation of the pipes.

摘要: Disclosed is an indoor unit of an air conditioner, in which discharge units respectively provided on upper and lower portions of the indoor unit have an improved discharge structure such that the discharge units are interchangeable, to increase cooling efficiency regardless of installation position of the indoor unit. The indoor unit includes a cabinet; a first discharge unit being detachably provided on the cabinet and configured to discharge air in a forward direction; and a second discharge unit separated from the first discharge unit, being detachably provided on the cabinet and configured to discharge air in the oblique direction, the first discharge unit and the second discharge unit being interchangeable according to a height of a position at which the cabinet is installed. The indoor unit of the air conditioner sets the optimum direction of discharged air, thus increasing the cooling efficiency of an indoor space.

摘要: An evaporator utilizes micro-channel tubes, and more particularly, has a structure of a heat exchanger using micro-channel tubes, which is applied to an evaporator of a household air conditioner. The evaporator, using micro-channel tubes, includes a first heat exchanging unit including a pair of upper and lower headers, and a plurality of the micro-channel tubes erected vertically between the headers so that condensed water flows downward, and a second heat exchanging unit, installed adjacent to the first heat exchanging unit, includes a pair of upper and lower headers, and a plurality of the micro-channel tubes erected vertically between the headers so that condensed water flows downward. A plurality of return pipes connect upper headers of neighboring heat exchanging units to transmit refrigerant between the neighboring heat exchanging units.
