    摘要： A method of manufacturing a razor cartridge by providing a blade unit having a first side wall, a second side wall, and a pair of end walls interconnecting the first side wall and the second side wall. A plurality of blades are secured to the blade unit with a clip positioned at each end of the blade unit adjacent to one of the end walls. Each blade has a blade edge contacting a bottom surface of each of the clips. A frame is provided having a first interior wall and a second interior wall spaced apart from first interior wall that define an opening extending completely through the frame. The blade unit is positioned within the opening of a frame after securing the blades to the blade unit, such that the frame surrounds the blade unit. The blade unit is secured to the frame.

    摘要： A protective cover for a razor cartridge. The cartridge is joined to a handle and is pivotal about a pivot axis with respect to the handle. The cover includes a front wall, a back wall opposed to the front wall, a side wall extending from the front wall to the back wall, a first end and an opposed second end. The second end has an opening. The back wall has an opening with first and second pivot inhibiting members extending away from the back wall and towards the front wall. The cover is slidable over the cartridge through the opening in the second end to cover the cartridge such that the first and second pivot inhibiting members engage the handle to inhibit the cartridge from pivoting about the pivot axis with respect to the handle.

    摘要： A razor including a replaceable shaving cartridge. The replaceable shaving cartridge includes a pivotal frame, a blade unit moveably secured to the pivotal frame and an interconnect member. The blade unit includes one or more blades and has a camming surface. The interconnect member has a pivotal support structure that pivotally supports the pivotal frame for pivoting about a pivot axis. A biasing member that has a cam follower surface extends from the interconnect member to act on the camming surface to bias the blade unit. A handle is releasably secured to the interconnect member.
