The piezoelectric unit (5) has one or more piezoelectric material layers (12) and electrodes (13a and 13b) associated with same. Furthermore, the piezoelectric unit (5) includes an electrically insulating coating surrounding the body (8) right round it, the section (26) of the coatings lying between the piezoelectric body (8) and the support body (2) being provided with one or more electrically conductive vias (27a and 27b). The latter provide the necessary electrical connection between the electrodes (13a and 13b) and the support body (2).

    摘要: A valve means which comprises a control chamber in a valve housing and into which several fluid duct open. In the control chamber there is at least one pivoting control rocker member serving for the control of at least one of the fluid duct openings and able to be moved between two terminal positions, one pivotal position of such control rocker member being influenced by an electrically activated flexible element. The flexible element may act within the control chamber on an actuating part of the control rocker member. The latter is biased by spring means into a first terminal position, the flexible element engaging the actuating portion of the control rocker member in the electrically non-excited state mechanically free of stress and without any spring bias.

The flexural transducers are fixedly joined together at one terminal part of the flexural transducer unit with the formation of a common bearing section. At least one flexural transducer serves for the control of a valve opening associated with it, the other flexural transducer being able to be biased by the application of a drive voltage toward a support face arranged in a deflection path in order to for instance to increase the displacement path of the other flexural transducer.

    摘要: A fluid operated position regulator comprises a servo means, arranged in a regulator housing and by which a supply connection, a venting connection and a power connection can be placed in circuit in an adjustable manner. To predetermine or set its position the servo means possesses two mutually oppositely orientated fluid actuating faces of equal size, which respectively delimit a control chamber. The two control chambers are connected by way of an intermediately placed choke means with a common control pressure connection. Downstream from the two choke means each control chamber is connected with a venting connection. A control valve means can control the two venting connections and in particular simultaneously close them.
