The inventive oligosaccharides can be used, for example, during early breast, lung, prostate, colon or pancreatic cancer. The oligosaccharides can be administered subcutaneously, orally or intravenously. Moreover, said oligosaccharides can be used alone or together with other anticancer agents, e.g. cytotoxics such as docetaxel or paclitaxel.
