摘要： Mechanical connections between a fixing member, a bare secondary battery cell and a protection circuit module by pressurizing a bare cell by a fastening member are disclosed. The secondary battery is capable of stably fixing an upper case and the bare cell. The secondary battery may include a bare cell including an electrode assembly in the inside thereof and formed with a fixing groove in both sides of a top surface; a protection circuit module electrically connected to the bare cell; and an upper case surrounding the protection circuit module and formed with the fastening hole in the position corresponding to the fixing groove. A bottom surface of the upper case not formed with the fastening hole may be formed with an adhering portion contacting the top surface of the bare cell and a space portion not contacting the top surface of the bare cell.

The battery pack includes: a bare cell including a cap plate having a surface in which at least one screw receiving groove is formed; a cover case disposed at a side of the cap plate, and having a surface in which at least one mounting groove is formed and a hole penetrating a center of the mounting groove; and at least one tapping screw including a head part and a body part that are mounted in the mounting groove of the cover case, wherein the body part penetrates the hole and is coupled to the screw receiving groove of the cap plate; wherein the cap plate includes a protruding unit formed in the second surface of the cap plate in correspondence to the screw receiving groove of the cap plate.

摘要： The battery pack comprises: a bare cell including a can, wherein the can includes an opening on one side, and a cap plate sealing the opening of the can, wherein the cap plate has at least one groove formed on one surface; a circuit board including at least one lead tab. wherein the lead tab is coupled to the cap plate by a fixing body; and a coupling member coupled with the fixing body in the groove. The coupling member and the bare cell are made of different materials. Therefore, in the battery pack, the internal resistance between the bare cell and the protective circuit board does not increase, or the cover case is not separated when an external shock is applied.

摘要： A battery pack includes a bare cell having a pair of first side portions, a pair of second side portions, and a pair of plane portions, each of which are opposite to each other. The second side portions and the plane portions are connected to ends of the first side portions. A protection circuit module is electrically connected to the bare cell. An inner frame exposes one side portion of the pair of first side portions and accommodates the bare cell. An outer frame exposes the pair of plane portions and accommodates the bare cell, the protection circuit module and the inner frame. In the battery pack, outer ribs extending away from the bare cell are further formed at the inner frame that comes in contact with the pair of second side portions of the bare cell so that the outer frame is surrounded by the outer ribs.
