Abstract: Disclosed herein is a pouch-shaped battery cell configured to have a structure in which an electrode assembly is received in a pouch-shaped battery case together with an electrolytic solution, wherein the pouch-shaped battery case is made of a laminate sheet including a metal layer and a resin layer, an upper edge of the pouch-shaped battery case, from which electrode terminals protrude outward, and opposite side edges of the pouch-shaped battery case, which are adjacent to the upper edge of the pouch-shaped battery case, are thermally fused to constitute a sealed portion of the pouch-shaped battery case, the opposite side edges of the pouch-shaped battery case being bent perpendicularly from the upper edge of the pouch-shaped battery case toward an electrode assembly receiving unit for receiving the electrode assembly, and a protective film is attached so as to wrap the perpendicularly bent opposite side edges of the pouch-shaped battery case.

Abstract: The invention discloses an anti-explosive easy-to-disassemble safe adhesive tape and a manufacturing method thereof. The adhesive tape comprises a flame-retardant, current-conducting, heat-conducting and heat-expansion pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a flame-retardant, current-conducting, heat-conducting and extensible viscosity-losing layer, a flame-retardant, current-conducting, heat-conducting and heat-expansion pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and a release material layer which are overlapped in sequence. By adopting the adhesive tape disclosed in the invention, a plurality of battery packs can be combined together to increase the capacity or voltage. If an automobile encounters a collision, the material of the adhesive tape is collided and heated, and then expands instantly in order to effectively separate each battery module, and avoid greater damage.

Abstract: A structural composite component, in particular for an aircraft or spacecraft, includes: a lightning strike protection layer; and a composite battery including a cathode layer and a separation layer, wherein the lightning strike protection layer is formed integrated with the cathode layer, and wherein the separation layer is configured for providing acoustic damping, and/or fire barrier, and/or impact resistance to the structural composite component. A method for configuring such a structural composite component; and an aircraft or spacecraft including such a structural composite component are also described.

Abstract: A battery cell is provided. The battery cell includes a battery case, an electrode assembly located in the battery case, the electrode assembly comprising a cathode, an anode, and a separator disposed between the cathode and the anode, an electrolyte present in the battery case, the battery case being sealed at a perimeter thereof, and a frame coupled to the perimeter of the battery case, the frame having a venting guiding portion at the perimeter of the battery case, such that sealing of the battery case is released through the venting guiding portion when internal pressure of the battery cell increases, the venting guiding portion comprising a reduction in the amount of material of the frame in a predetermined location at the perimeter of the battery case. A battery cell module is also provided.
