    Abstract: A display panel comprises a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area. The display area includes gate lines extending in a row direction, data lines extending in a column direction, and an irregular-shaped edge. The irregular-shaped edge includes at least one sub-edge which is recessed towards an inside of the display area to form a notch, and edges of the irregular-shaped edge other than the at least one sub-edge extend in the column direction. The non-display area includes a first sub-area disposed adjacent to the at least one sub-edge. The data lines include at least one irregular-shaped data line, and the at least one irregular-shaped data line includes a winding portion disposed at the first sub-area. The first sub-area includes a compensation electrode, and in a direction perpendicular to the display panel, the compensation electrode is at least partially overlapped with the winding portion.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the invention disclose a pixel unit and an array substrate of an LCD device with an FFS mode; the pixel unit includes a pixel electrode and a common electrode insulated from each other, the pixel electrode includes at least two branch electrodes arranged in parallel and an end electrode connecting to ends of the branch electrodes; the branch electrode includes a body and an inclined connection part, the inclined connection part is connected between an end of the body and the end electrode, and extends in a direction different from extension direction of the body; at least one of the branch electrodes includes a protrusion at an end of the body; the protrusion is arranged opposite to the end electrode along the extension direction of the body. Embodiments of the invention can suppress the DLS phenomenon at the edge of the pixel unit, thereby improving display performance.

    Abstract: A display panel and a display apparatus includes sub-pixels, and First and second regions arranged along a first direction. First sub-pixel groups in the first region and second sub-pixel groups in the second region are arranged along the first direction, and each include at least two sub-pixels arranged along the second direction. A number of the sub-pixels in the second sub-pixel group close to the first region is greater than a number of the sub-pixels in the second sub-pixel groups away from the first region. The first sub-region of the second region is closer to the first region than the second sub-region. From the first region to the second region, a variation rate of the numbers of the sub-pixels in the second sub-pixel groups in the first sub-region is greater than a variation rate of the numbers of the sub-pixels in the second sub-pixel groups in the second sub-region.

    Abstract: A display substrate, a display module and a control method are provided in the present disclosure. The display substrate includes a first substrate and a second substrate. The first substrate includes a base substrate, conductive pads, a first switch unit group electrically connected to the conductive pads and signal wires, and a second switch unit group electrically connected to the conductive pads. The display substrate includes a substrate detection phase where all second switch units are cutoff, all first switch units are conducting, and an external detection device input a first detection signal to the substrate through the conductive pads and all first switch units. When the first switch unit group is conducting, the conductive pads are used for substrate detection, and when the second switch unit group is cutoff, the conductive pads in a same pad region are connected each other to be multiplexed as electrostatic conductive pads.

The array substrate comprises a plurality of pixel regions in an array along intersected first and second directions. The pixel region includes at least three subpixel regions. At least one subpixel region serves as an adjustment-subpixel region. The subpixel region has a first electrode including at least two parallel first straight portions. Second straight portions and first connecting portions are connected to first and second ends of the first straight portions, respectively.     Abstract: The present disclosure provides an array substrate and a display panel containing the array substrate. The array substrate includes a plurality of pixel regions, and pixel electrodes and thin film transistors one-to-one corresponding thereto. Each pixel electrode includes a pixel sub-electrode and an electrode connecting structure disposed in a corresponding pixel region, and a drain electrode of each thin film transistor is electrically connected to a corresponding pixel sub-electrode. The plurality of pixel regions includes at least one first-color pixel region and at least one second-color pixel region alternately arranged along a first direction and at least one third-color pixel region and at least one highlight pixel region alternately arranged along a first direction. A drain electrode is electrically connected to a pixel sub-electrode disposed in one of the at least one third-color pixel region is disposed in a highlight pixel region adjacent to the third-color pixel region.
