    摘要: A tire press in which a pair of upper and lower molds are opened/closed and squeezed by an operation of a crank mechanism is disclosed. Especially, the tire press is improved in the aspects of its machine accuracy, strength, size, and maintenance. The tire press has: a pair of upper and lower molds; a base for supporting the lower mold; side frames on both sides of the base; a side slot vertically extended in each of the side frames; a top slide which slides along the side slots and holds the upper mold; and a crank mechanism for moving the top slide only in the vertical direction. The crank mechanism includes: a crank gear; a lever attached to the crank gear and whose front and is positioned on the outer side of the outer diameter of the crank gear; and a link connecting a crank fulcrum at the tip of the lever and the top slide sliding along the side slots. The side slot vertically extends parallel to a vertical central line crossing the center of rotation of the crank gear and the crank fulcrum. Projected in the central portion through the pair of upper and lower molds are adjusted to an optional height.

    摘要: A tire vulcanizing method reduces consumption energy and increases productivity of vulcanization. This method involves supplying an inert gas to an internal space of the tire via a supply pipe, discharging the gas from the internal space via a return pipe, and supplying the gas from the return pipe to the supply pipe by a rotation type circulation device. A heating device heats the circulated gas. An internal outlet gas temperature sensor detects a temperature of the gas in the return pipe. A controller decreases a rotating speed of the circulation device when the return pipe gas temperature is a rotating speed decrease temperature or more.

    摘要: To effectively suppress a shift of a rotating axis of an upper chuck with respect to a rotating axis of a lower chuck due to a separating force. A tire testing device (1) includes: vertical frames (30a, 30b) which are supported by a lower frame (20); a beam (40) which bridges between the vertical frames (30a, 30b) and is movable in the vertical direction; an upper chuck (45) which is attached to the center of the beam (40), the center corresponding to the center of the beam in the longitudinal direction; and a lower chuck (25) which is attached to the lower frame. When viewed from the vertical direction, a rotating axis of an upper rotating member (47) is positioned at the center of a straight line formed by connecting supporting points where each of the vertical frames (30a, 30b) support the beam (40).

    摘要: In a tire vulcanizer configured to perform opening and closing of a mold using an efficient ball screw shaft or the like, a top mold mounting member holding a top mold is lifted and lowered by rotating the ball screw shaft with a driving mechanism to vertically lift and lower a ball nut, and the lifting and lowering of the top mold mounting member is stopped by fixing the ball screw shaft by the de-excitation of an electromagnetic brake connected directly to the ball screw shaft, independently from the driving mechanism. According to such a structure, the opening and closing of the mold can be stopped, even if abnormality of the driving mechanism or the brake occurs.

    摘要: A tire vulcanizing apparatus and a tire vulcanizing method, by which the pressure and temperature of a heating and pressurizing medium to be supplied to the internal space of a raw tire can be controlled without the condition of pressure being affected by the condition of temperature. The tire vulcanizing apparatus has: a medium path, connected to an internal space of a raw tire, for passing a heating and pressurizing medium; a pressure sensor, provided in the medium path, for measuring a pressure of the heating and pressurizing medium; a pressure control valve for controlling a pressure of the heating and pressurizing medium passing through the medium path on the basis of a signal from the pressure sensor; a temperature sensor, provided in the medium path, for measuring a temperature of the heating and pressurizing medium; and a heating unit for controlling the temperature of the heating and pressurizing medium passing through the medium path on the basis of a signal from the temperature sensor, wherein the pressure control valve and the heating unit control the pressure and temperature of the heating and pressurizing medium supplied from the medium path to the internal space of the raw tire respectively and independently.

In the upper and lower rim for holding the bead section of the tire, a high-pressure air is filled in a cured tire discharged from a tire curing press to thereby inflate and cool the tire; therefore at least the upper rim has stairway-like steps having two or more outer diameters fit to the bead diameters of tires of different sizes and formed by extending a small outer diameter on a large outer diameter.

    摘要: An unloader machanism for removing a cured tire from a lower mold of a vulcanizing machine and which includes a horizontally movable frame body, a fluid cylinder fixedly mounted on the frame body and a grappling unit being vertically movable by the fluid cylinder coaxially of the lower mold of the machine. The grappling unit includes a plurality of angularly uniformly spaced fingers being movable into an opening defined by an upper bead portion of the tire for engaging the upper bead portion. Under the application of a lifting force of the fluid cylinder, the fingers strip the tire directly from the lower mold and an upper ring of a bag well unit disposed centrally of the lower mold.
