摘要： The present invention relates to an apparatus for forming a thin film on a material by printing. The apparatus is characterized in that it has a cylindrical intaglio roller. The ink deposited on the surface of the intaglio roller is first transferred onto the surface of a printing roller, and then is printed on the surface of the material to be printed which is disposed on a surface plate. Alternatively, the ink is directly printed on the surface of the material to be printed without employing the printing roller. Since the intaglio roller has a cylindrical body, the surface of the roller can be precisely and easily machined and finished. Accordingly, despite a plurality of ink cells directly formed in a given pattern on the surface of the intaglio rollers, the contact pressure of the ink cell surface of the intaglio roller against the surface of the printing roller or the surface of the material to be printed is uniform over the entire contact area so that the thickness of the film printed on the surface of the material to be printed can be made precisely uniform over the entirety thereof.

摘要： A display device of the invention includes a liquid crystal display panel 1, an FPC 5, a box-formed storing case 4, and an FPC 7. The liquid crystal display panel 1 is provided with an ITO film 18 on its front side. The FPC 5 is attached to the liquid crystal display panel 1, has at least a ground line 5a, and is connected to an external device 40. The storing case 4 includes at least a rear side case (metal case) 3 electrically connected to the ITO film 18, as well as stores the liquid crystal display panel 1. The FPC 7 electrically connects the ground lines 5a of the FPC 5 and the rear side case 3. With the above-mentioned configuration, a display device can be provided wherein static protection on the front side of the display panel is easily provided.

摘要： In a cryogenic refrigerator having a precooling refrigerating circuit including a cryostat for cooling and maintaining a cryogenic working apparatus which is operated at a very low temperature level, an expander for expanding refrigerant gas, such as helium gas, and a J-T circuit for generating cold by Joule-Thomson expanding refrigerant gas precooled by the precooling refrigerating circuit, the present invention prevents the working vibration of the expander from unduly effecting the cryogenic working apparatus and to maintain the cryogenic working apparatus at a very low temperature level for many hours, even while the precooling refrigerating circuit is stopped thereby enabling a stabilized operation of the cryogenic working apparatus to be performed.

摘要： A filtration apparatus having one or more upright tubular filter elements having a surface coated with a pre-coat layer of a filter aid through which a liquid is filtered. Different from conventional apparatuses, the filter element of the present invention is provided with a gas exhaust tube or liquid drain tube connected to the upper or lower part of the filter element, respectively. By virtue of this means, the liquid used for forming the pre-coat layer as the suspension medium can be completely discharged out of the apparatus prior to introduction of the liquid to be filtered so that the liquid in the apparatus can be switched from the pre-coat forming liquid to the filtered liquid without producing a mixture thereof, and without causing defects in the pre-coat layer.

摘要： A paste comprising particles of an inorganic oxide and a vehicle is printed on portions of a substrate which are not to be coated with a transparent electro-conductive film. A low valence oxide film of an electro-conductive metal oxide is deposited on the printed substrate by a vacuum deposition process. The resulting substrate is heated in an atmosphere containing oxygen, whereby the film is oxidized to form a transparent, highly electro-conductive film and the vehicle present in the paste is decomposed to yield a patterned, transparent electro-conductive film on the substrate.
