    摘要: A hollow particulate for gastric medicines and other durable medicines suspendable in the gastric juice and remainable in the stomach for a long period of time is provided which has been prepared by dissolving ethylcellulose in a lower chlorinated hydrocarbon, or a mixed solution of the lower chlorinated hydrocarbon and a lower chlorofluorinated hydrocarbon and/or water, so that the concentration of ethylcellulose is 0.5 - 4% by weight on the basis of the total weight of the resulting solution, and then spray-drying the solution at an inlet temperature of higher than 50.degree. C.

    摘要: Formation of a drug into microspheres by an oil-on-water solvent evaporation process in which a mixed solvent of at least one water-insoluble solvent and at least one water-miscible solvent is used as a solvent of an oil phase. A fatty acid or a salt thereof or at least one glycerin fatty acid ester and/or at least one propylene glycol fatty acid ester are added to the mixed solvent. The oil phase may also comprise the mixed solvent; a fatty acid or a salt thereof; and at least one glycerin fatty acid ester and/or at least one propylene glycol fatty acid ester. This oil phase is mixed and emulsified with an aqueous phase to form an oil-in-water emulsion. The emulsion with a drug contained therein is then subjected to an oil-in water solvent evaporation to produce the microspheres. The resulting drug-containing microspheres contain the drug at a high concentration and slowly release from the initial stage after administration.

    摘要: A printing apparatus having shorter length in the longitudinal direction and a dust-protecting feature is disclosed. The printer includes a main frame, a subframe assembly, first and second pulse motors each have a reduction gear drive mechanism, a thermal head, a platen roller, a rotary blade, and a stationary blade. The first motor for driving the platen roller and the second motor for driving the rotary blade are disposed between two side plates provided one on each end of the main frame. The reduction gear drive mechanisms are substantially sealed and disposed inside the corresponding side plates. Two pulleys and a timing belt are provided outside each of the side plates.

    摘要: A printer apparatus is disclosed that includes a printer unit, a first chassis, and a second chassis that is arranged to open/close through rotation. The printer unit includes a thermal head, a first module having a motor, and a second module having a platen roller and a rotating body. The first chassis includes a heat sensitive paper roll accommodating portion and a mount portion to which the first module is mounted. The second chassis includes mount portions to which the second module and a printed paper roll shaft are mounted, a printed paper roll accommodating portion, and a rotation transmitting mechanism. When the second chassis is closed, the heat sensitive paper roll accommodating portion is closed, the second module is coupled to the first module, the rotating body is rotated by the motor, and the shaft is rotated by the motor via the rotating body and the rotation transmitting mechanism.
