摘要: A system is provided for controling a robot operating in association with a rotary table, including a robot, a rotary table, and a control circuit. The control circuit carries out a step of composing and storing teaching data as values on a rotary table orthogonal coordinate system (UVW axes), the rotational shaft of the rotary table being the vertical (W) axis, a step of calculating the UVW coordinates of a plurality of interpolation points by carrying out path interpolation along a line and/or curve defined by the stored teaching data, a step of calculating the degree of rotation of the rotary table which is required to bring each of the interpolation points into the U-W plane, a step of computing the UVW coordinates of the positions that the interpolation points occupy as they pass through the U-W plane, a step of transforming the data obtained by the computing step from coordinates in the UVW coordinate system to coordinates in a robot assigned coordinate system (XYZ axes) or orientation positions of the joint axes of the robot, and operating the robot in accordance with the information thus derived.

摘要: A tracking control robot controls its arm end, which holds a tool, to track a taught path so that a reaction force between a workpiece and the tool remains constant. An ideal state for the arm end is determined from the present state of the arm end and the difference between the actual reaction force and a predetermined target force. Then, this ideal state is compared with a reference state of the arm end on the taught path to obtain a target position and a target attitude of the arm end. Since a target position is always determined independently of the last target position, no position error due to time delay affects a new target position even when the next target position is generated before the tool reaches the last target position. Thus, the robot is quick, responsive, and accurate when tracking at a constant operation speed.

摘要: A control system for an industrial robot having a hand which traces a pre-stored standard course defining its position and posture and which has a foresight function. The hand is provided with a tool and a work shape sensor, where the tool and the work shape sensor have a known spatial relationship. The foresight function is realized by a control system comprising temporary storing means for temporarily storing a future position and/or posture data of the tool calculated from a sensed position and/or posture data of the present sensor position. The stored data is output after a delayed time interval when it is compared with a pre-stored standard data. When the difference is small, the data is used to control the future position and/or posture of the hand. When the difference is great, an abnormality process is started.

The side surfaces of the first structure bodies and the side surfaces of the second structure bodies are parallel to the first direction or the second direction. Thus, a liquid crystal display device in which contrast ratio is improved can be provided.

The heat capacity detection device detects a heat capacity of an inside of the casing. An adsorption amount of the evaporated fuel that is adsorbed in the casing is detected from the heat capacity of the inside of the casing detected by the heat capacity detection device, and a purge gas concentration is estimated from the detected adsorption amount of the evaporated fuel.

摘要: A fuel vapor storage canister for an automotive vehicle, includes a casing formed thereinside with charge, purge and drain ports connected to a gas passage. First, second, third and fourth adsorption layers are disposed in the gas passage and arranged in order of first, second, third and forth adsorption layers from side of the charge port along a longitudinal direction of the gas passage. Each adsorption layer includes a fuel vapor adsorbent. Additionally, a first space section is formed between the first and second adsorption layers. A second space section is formed between the second and third adsorption sections. A third space section is formed between the third and fourth adsorption sections. Each space section has a width in the longitudinal direction of the gas passage.

摘要: A fuel vapor treatment device for suppressing emission of fuel vapor from a fuel tank or the like of an automotive vehicle. The fuel vapor treatment device comprises a casing having a charge port connected to a fuel tank, a purge port connected to an intake section of an engine, and an atmospheric air port through which atmospheric air is introduced. Fuel vapor adsorbing material is filled in the casing. Additionally, an adsorbing material cartridge is disposed in a part of the casing and includes a cylindrical cartridge main body section having a cross-sectional area smaller than that of the casing. Fuel vapor adsorbing material is filled in the cartridge main body section. Air introduced from the atmospheric air port is flowable through the inside of the cartridge main body section to the fuel vapor adsorbing material in the casing.

摘要: A copy sheet, to which a developed image has been transferred by a transfer device, continues to be attracted to a copy sheet carrying surface of an insulating film and delivered toward a fusing roller pair. A force in a direction for pressing the copy sheet toward the insulating film is exerted, by an attraction strengthening device, on the copy sheet which is passing the vicinity of a downstream end of the copy sheet carrying surface after the transfer operation. This force strengthens a force for retaining the copy sheet on the copy sheet carrying surface of the insulating film, so as to hinder a portion of the copy sheet from being bent upwardly to the side of a photoreceptor and separated from the insulating film. Thus, separation of the copy sheet from the insulating film can be prevented from extending as far as a transfer position.
