    摘要: A method for producing banana chips which retain the inherent taste of fresh banana, have excellent appearance without quality repairment due to drying and without any browning. This method comprises the steps of (a) cutting bananas into small pieces; (b) subjecting the pieces of bananas to a temperature conditioning treatment; (c) expanding the temperature conditioned pieces to bananas by quickly reducing the pressure from normal pressure to a prescribed reduced pressure; and (d) heating the expanded pieces of bananas under a reduced pressure; the time elapsed from the cutting steps (a) to the completion of reduction of the pressure in the step (c) being not more than 20 minutes.

    摘要: An outboard motor is provided with a cleaning apparatus for cleaning a cooling water passage, in which the cooling water passage is formed and an engine is covered by an engine cover, the cleaning apparatus including a connection device to which one end of a cleaning water tube, which is connected at another end thereof to the cooling water passage of the engine, is connected and a cleaning water hose is connectable to the connection device from an external side thereof. The connection device comprises a grommet mounted to the engine cover and a connector assembly mounted to the grommet. The connector assembly has a double-tube structure having an inside connecting portion and an outside connecting portion, the inside connecting portion having a union structure to which a city hose or garden hose is connected and the outside connecting portion having an outer peripheral portion to which a screw portion is formed.

A face plate is provided which contains fluorescent materials sensitive to three different wavelengths of invisible ultraviolet rays and which emit light in red, green and blue colors in response to stimulation by rays of the three wavelengths. The three fluorescent materials may be stacked together in layers or mixed in a single layer with a binder, and a wavelength-converting layer may be employed.
