    摘要: A work vehicle of the present invention includes an engine, a cooling core, a fan, a hydraulic drive unit, and an idle reduction execution unit. The cooling core is mounted in the work vehicle. The fan is configured to blow air to the cooling core and to be capable of making regular and reverse rotations. The hydraulic drive unit is configured to drive the fan by driving the engine. The idle reduction execution unit is configured to stop the engine based on a state of rotation of the fan caused by the hydraulic drive unit and based on an idle state. The idle reduction execution unit stops the engine on a condition that the fan makes regular rotation and the idle state has continued for a predetermined time, and does not stop the engine on a condition that the fan makes reverse rotation.

    摘要: A cleaning system for use with a heat exchanger includes a fluid pressurizing assembly, a wand assembly and a movement mechanism configured to selectively move the wand assembly about a pivot axis. The wand assembly includes a first wand positioned adjacent to the heat exchanger and in fluid communication with the fluid pressurizing assembly, a second wand positioned adjacent to the first wand and in fluid communication with the fluid pressurizing assembly, and a mounting assembly defining the pivot axis. The first and second wands each have a first orifice configured to eject fluid toward the heat exchanger, and the first and second wands are both attached to the mounting assembly such that first and second wands both pivot together relative to the pivot axis.

    摘要: An oil cooler for a vehicle with an automatic transmission that includes a core contained between two end pipes. A first one of the end pipes includes an oil inlet, for directing oil from the transmission, and an oil outlet, directing oil back to the transmission, and a dividing plate having a flow control orifice. An oil filter is positioned around the flow control orifice to filter the oil flowing through the orifice, thereby removing contaminants from the oil, while the oil flowing through the core is cooled.

    摘要: A multi-stage apparatus and a process for recycling used engine coolant employs a combination of filtration, dissolved air floatation, centrifugation (hydrocyclone separation), semi-permeable nano filtration, reverse osmosis, and continuous deionization for separating ethylene glycol, with or without propylene glycol, and water from used engine coolant. The engine coolant is pre-filtered through a series of filters. The filters remove particulate contaminates. This filtered fluid is then subjected to dissolved air floatation and/or centrifugation to remove organic petroleum contaminants. Then, it is pressurized prior to being passed through semi-permeable nano filtration. The nano filtration separates the feed stream into a ultra filtration solution and a concentrated waste solution. The concentrate solution is returned to a centrifuged coolant tank for continuous circulation through the nano filtration device. The ultra filtration solution is pressurized and passed through a reverse osmosis device, which separates the feed stream into a permeate solution and a concentrated waste solution. The concentrated waste solution is returned to a ultra filtrate solution tank for continuous circulation through the reverse osmosis device. The permeate solution is subjected to final refining by continuous deionization which reduces ionic contaminants. Depending upon environmental conditions, a heater and/or heat exchanger maintain the temperature of the process solution within an optimum pre-established operating temperature range.

The remaining cooling unit (RN) of the first cooling unit group (R) is disposed with a gap (D) between itself and the second cooling unit group (R1), or is disposed in parallel with the second cooling unit group (R1). The construction machine is further equipped with a cooling fan (20) disposed so that it faces the cooling units disposed as described above. With this arrangement, the construction machine is capable of easily cleaning the cooling units, enhancing the cooling efficiency, and reducing the leakage of noise from the machine to the outside.

    摘要: A rotary screen assembly rotatable about a rotational axis for filtering air entering an air inlet of a work machine, the screen assembly having an axially facing screen surface including an outer circumferential edge disposed around the rotational axis in radially spaced relation thereto, an elongate brush having bristles disposed along a longitudinal extent thereof in contact with the axially facing screen surface for brushing collected material and contaminants therefrom, the longitudinal extent or axis of the brush forming a chord of the outer circumferential edge spaced a distance from the rotational axis or being skewed relative to the rotational axis such that when the screen is rotated about the rotational axis in a predetermined direction a force is imparted to the collected material and contaminants by the bristles of the brush sufficient to move the collected material and contaminants radially outwardly past the circumferential edge. The screen surfaces are preferable substantially continuous and smooth and the axially facing screen surface is preferably flat and can include a plurality of screen panels removably disposed around a center hub through which the rotational axis extends, each of the screen panels including a peripheral frame defining an opening therethrough, and a screen fabric permanently attached to and preferably flush with the frame around the opening in covering relation thereto, allowing quickly and easily replacing the panels as they wear or are damaged.
