    摘要: The present invention addresses the problem of providing a novel silicon substrate having a textured surface by dry-etching the surface of a silicon substrate having (111) orientation and thereby forming a texture thereon. The present invention provides a silicon substrate having (111) orientation, said silicon substrate having a textured surface that includes multiple protrusions which each comprise three slant faces and have heights of 100 to 8000 nm. This process for producing a silicon substrate includes: a step of preparing a silicon substrate having (111) orientation; and a step of blowing an etching gas onto the surface of the silicon substrate, said etching gas containing one or more gases selected from the group consisting of ClF3, XeF2, BrF3, BrF5 and NF3.

    摘要: In vehicular driving control apparatus and method, a steering assistance force provided for steerable road wheels of the vehicle in a direction at which a sideslip angle is decreased when a vehicular sideslip angle which is a difference between a forwarding direction of the vehicle and a steering direction of a steering wheel of the vehicle is detected and a vehicular oversteer state is detected, and thereafter, each of road wheels of the vehicle is controlled to decrease the sideslip angle when the steering assistance force is provided in a direction at which the vehicular sideslip angle is decreased and when the sideslip angle is equal to or larger than a predetermined value.

    摘要: In a power steering system, the steering state of wheels is detected based on the steering speed to judge as to whether the steering state is in turning of the steering wheel or holding of steering speed is the steering wheels. At the time of the steering operation state, the control is executed so that a difference between a torque command value to an electric motor and the actual torque thereof will become smaller. Also, at the time of the holding operation state, the control is executed so that a difference between the revolution speed of the electric motor and a revolution-speed command value thereto will become smaller.
