摘要: A refrigerating and air-conditioning apparatus including a refrigerant circuit, which in turn includes an outdoor unit, and an indoor unit, connected by an extension pipe. The apparatus further includes a control unit having a memory, and is configured to calculate an internal volume of the extension pipe and calculate a standard refrigerant amount, serving as a criterion for determining whether the refrigerant is leaked from the refrigerant circuit, on the basis of the calculated refrigerant extension pipe internal volume. The memory is configured to store the refrigerant extension pipe internal volume and the standard refrigerant amount. The control unit is configured to calculate a total amount of refrigerant in the refrigerant circuit on the basis of the refrigerant extension pipe internal volume stored in the memory and operation data measured during normal operation, and compare the calculated total refrigerant amount with the standard refrigerant amount stored in the memory to determine whether refrigerant is leaked.

摘要: Each time an operation state indicated by operation data measured during normal operation of a refrigerating and air-conditioning apparatus meets an operation data acquisition requirement, the operation data is acquired, and a process of calculating the amount of refrigerant in parts other than an extension pipe and an extension-pipe density on the basis of the acquired data is performed. The internal volume of the extension pipe is calculated on the basis of a group of calculation data items indicating calculations by the process. A standard refrigerant amount is calculated on the basis of the calculated extension-pipe internal volume and the acquired data. The total refrigerant amount in the refrigerant circuit is calculated on the basis of the calculated extension-pipe internal volume and current operation data and is compared to the standard refrigerant amount, thus determining whether the refrigerant is leaked.

摘要: Provided is an air-conditioning and hot water supply combination system capable of maintaining a high hot water supply capacity and achieving high efficiency even under high-temperature outside air conditions by appropriately controlling the degree of superheat and the degree of subcooling of a heat exchanger. In an air-conditioning and hot water supply combination system, when an evaporating pressure or an evaporating temperature calculated from the evaporating pressure reaches a first predetermined value or higher, the degree of superheat of a refrigerant on a low-pressure gas side of a subcooling heat exchanger or the degree of subcooling of the refrigerant on a high-pressure liquid side of the subcooling heat exchanger is controlled by the opening degree of a low-pressure bypass pressure reducing mechanism, such that the evaporating pressure or the evaporating temperature calculated from the evaporating pressure is less than or equal to the first predetermined value.

摘要: In a refrigerating cycle apparatus and control method thereof, a controller sets a high-pressure pressure target value from thermal load and temperature conditions based on refrigerant information that has been obtained from detectors, and controls at least one of a rotational frequency of a compressor, a degree of opening of an electronic expansion valve, a rotational frequency of an outdoor fan, or a rotational frequency of an indoor fan to match a high-pressure pressure to the high-pressure pressure target value that has been set. Here, a threshold value is set when the high-pressure pressure target value is set, and a method for setting the high-pressure pressure target value is modified depending on whether the high-pressure pressure is greater than or equal to the threshold value or less than the threshold value when the high-pressure pressure target value is decided.
