Disclosed are a method, a system, and a device for transmitting a startup phase indicator and gateway node selection, relating to the technical field of wireless communications, for use in solving the problem in the prior art of the manner of selecting gateway nodes for a relay node (RN) by a mobility management entity (MME). In the present invention, during an attach process between the RN and the MME, the MME confirming whether or not a piece of information indicating the startup phase which the RN is currently performing is received, if yes, then on the basis of the information, confirming the startup phase which the RN is currently performing, if not, on the basis of a preconfigured rule of judging the startup phase of the RN, confirming the startup phase which the RN is currently performing; selecting the gateway nodes for the RN on the basis of the startup phase which the RN is currently performing. Employment of the present invention allows the MME to select the appropriate gateway node for the RN on the basis of the startup phase which the RN is currently performing.

Embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of wireless telecommunications, and disclose a method and device for triggering a handover and transferring mobility management entity (MME) pool identification information. The present application solves the problem of transferring UE context information to the MME pool to which a target donor eNB (DeNB) belongs after a relay node (RN) changes DeNB. In the present application, after an RN switches from a source DeNB to a target DeNB, the RN, according to the acquired identification information of the MME pool to which the target DeNB belongs, determines whether the target DeNB and the source DeNB belong to the same MME pool; if the determination is negative, the RN transmits a handover request to the MME of a UE connecting to the RN, the handover request carrying the RN identifier as the target identifier. The present application enables the transfer of UE context to the MME pool to which the target DeNB belongs.

Disclosed are a sending and acquiring method, system and apparatus for a radio resource control (RRC) reestablishment preparation message, relating to the technical field of communication and used for improving cell reestablishment success rate for terminals. In the present invention, when a relay node (RN) prepares a RRC reestablishment preparation message, besides preparing the RRC reestablishment preparation message for a target cell, the RN also prepares a RRC reestablishment preparation message for a donor evolved Node B (DeNB) belonging to the RN and/or cells of other RNs managed by the DeNB, and sends the prepared RRC reestablishment preparation message to the DeNB over a handover request message. After receiving the handover request message, the DeNB needs to parse the handover preparation information in the handover request message, and store the obtained RRC reestablishment preparation message of the cell managed by the DeNB. Employing the technical scheme can greatly improve the reestablishment success rate between the terminal and the cell managed by the DeNB.

Disclosed are a method and device for implementing an MBMS service when a relay node is deployed in a network. By employing the technical solution provided in embodiments of the present invention, a cell served by the relay node is used by a base station as the cell therefor, corresponding configuration information is transmitted to an MCE for registration, and a corresponding MBMS service is triggered. The base station is used as a proxy of the relay node to allow the scheduling of the MBMS service and data forwarding. Thus, the shortcoming in the prior art of the lack of support for the relay node to implement the MBMS service is obviated, and compatibility with the MBMS service is implemented on the relay node. The range of MBMS service coverage is expanded in a network via the deployment of the relay node. At the same time, on the basis of lower hardware construction investment costs, seamless support for the MBMS service is implemented throughout the network when the relay node is deployed.
