Subsequently, a lid is aligned with the organic electroluminescent display panel and lamination is performed. Finally, the molding compound is irradiated with UV light to be cured. The panel is then transported into alternate dispensing systems for resin coating. The panel coated with resin is again transported to the turning/storage system for storage. The first exposure stage is performed by an aligning lamination performed on the panel and a cover plate supplied by the cover plate supply system in the lamination/ultra-violet radiation system. The second exposure stage is further performed to cure the resin in the ultra-violet radiation system.
