摘要: A structure for protecting and guiding a flat cable connected between a traveling module and a protective cover of a scanner is disclosed. The protective structure includes an anti-bending member mounted onto the traveling module for preventing the flat cable from being over-bent at its first end. A guide channel member is disposed on the protective cover under the flat cable and along the moving direction of the traveling module for guiding the flat cable during moving of the traveling module and preventing the flat cable from being swung left and right. The second end of the flat cable is extended into the protective cover via a protective sheath fitted on the cover for preventing the second end of the flat cable from excess bending angle and keep the flat cable smoothly moving without deflection.

摘要: The invention discloses an improved structure of light-source module, which arranges a reflection piece of light-source module in an image picking-up device of optical scanner. The invention applies the design of improved reflection piece to generate a compensatory function to the light source to reduce the waste formed by the light dissipation, which will be gathered by the reflection piece and be reflected to the document to be scanned. With the design of appropriate angle and position, the reflection piece may completely reflect the light onto the document to be scanned for obtaining a preferable quality of scanned image. Wherein, the reflection piece may be designed as two pieces, one of which may reach the function of light compensation, or one reflection piece may be designed as two reflection parts, one of which may reach the function of light compensation.

摘要: An Optic Reflection device, for application as Reflectors in the Light Track of optic installations, more specifically, as Reflector for single or multiple reflections in the scanner, apparatus of optics industry. Designed trapezoidal as opposed to rectangular or otherwise configuration pursuant to prior arts. In a preferred embodiment, the application is in the form of a reflector of single reflection to incident light beam; in another preferred embodiment, the application is in the form of reflector permissive of multiple reflections. Design pursuant to the trapezoidal optic reflector pertaining to the invention can substantially reduce space required of Light Track in an optic system, and therefore commensurably volume and weight claimed in the entire optic system, which facilitates compact design of the products and installation of other devices or utilities in the space so saved in the entire optic system.

摘要: The present invention is to provide a light source module for optical scanner, which may mainly receive the light source provided by at least one lamp. The light source module for optical scanner includes: at least one light-guiding element and a light-gathering element. The light-guiding element has a first surface and a second surface. The sectional area of the first surface is larger than that of the second surface. The first surface may receive the light of the lamp and transmit it to the second surface by the light-guiding element. The light-gathering element has a light-gathering front surface that is adjacent to the second surface. The light-gathering element is connected with the second surface. The second surface gathers the light transmitted by the light-guiding element and scatters the light uniformly by the light-gathering front surface.

摘要: A transmission rope for driving movable mirror modules of an image scanning device is disclosed. One end of the transmission rope is located at a locating member. The other end of the transmission rope is first wound on a guide wheel of the second movable mirror module and then held by a rope holder of the first movable mirror module and then the transmission rope is sequentially traveled through several auxiliary guide wheels and a driving motor and then wound back onto the guide wheel of the second movable mirror module and finally fixed at a tension adjuster. The section of the transmission rope between the rope holder of the first movable mirror module and the guide wheel of the second movable mirror module and between the guide wheel of the second movable mirror module and the locating member has better tensile strength than that of the other section of the transmission rope so as to minimize the length deformation during driving the first and second movable mirror modules.

摘要: A charge coupled device (CCD) with multi-focus lengths is provided. The arrays of optical sensors with a plurality of transparent plates in parallel disposed thereon are disposed on a substrate. By way of either of changing the thicknesses of the transparent plates and changing the position levels of the arrays of the optical sensors, each of the arrays of the optical sensors obtains a different focal length. And thus, the depth of focus of the present charge coupled device is improved.

摘要: A back-light module with an improved light projecting assembly for an image scanning device is disclosed. The light projecting assembly includes a light projecting window having two symmetric or asymmetric opposite edges, incorporated with the back-light module. A light guide plate is mounted in the back-light module with a shape corresponding to that of the light projecting window. Two tubular lamps with a shape corresponding to the edges of the light guide plate. Light transmitted from the tubular lamps are guided by the light guide plate for spreading over and projecting from the light guide plate onto a diffusion plate arranged under the light guide plate. The light is further distributed by a diffusion plate and projected to the optical scanning module of the scanner via the light projecting window.
