    摘要: An apparatus for machining a non-circular workpiece, wherein the profile data of plural sections of the workpiece stored in the profile data storage means are transformed into the frequency functions of 1 to n degree which is a function of the rotary angular velocity of the workpiece. The calculation means finds the amplitudes and the phases of each degree of the frequency function of each of plural intermediate sections by means of the interpolation according to the position between selected two sections based on the frequency functions of the selected two sections so as to obtain high frequency functions and low frequency functions which are then converted to high frequency and low frequency profile data. The machining apparatus actuates a linear motor in accordance with the high frequency profile data and actuates a PZT actuator in accordance with the low frequency profile data. The actuations of these actuators are accomplished in a synchronized relationship with the rotation of the workpiece to machine the workpiece into a non-circular shape whose sectional shape changes with respect to its axial position.

    摘要: A humidity indicator includes a first film (F1) covering a surface of a humidity-determining plate (B), and a second film (F2) covering a back of the humidity-determining plate (B). A flat air layer (Au) is formed at least between the first film (F1) and the surface of the humidity-determining plate (B), so that the entire surfaces of humidity-determining faces (M1 to M4), to which cobalt chloride (CO) is exposed, face to the air layer (Au), and a plurality of small holes (H) are formed at distances from one another in the first film (F1) to permit the direct communication of the air layer (Au) with the atmosphere. Therefore, even if an operator picks, with his or her hand, a humidity indicator for determining humidity by the discoloration of cobalt chloride, the cobalt chloride on a humidity-determining face is prevented effectively from adhering to the operator's hand and thus, entering into his or her body. In addition, even if fine dust is generated from a base paper sheet of the humidity indicator, it is hard for the dust to be diffused to the surroundings, thereby effectively preventing the influence of the dust to electronic parts.

    摘要: A positioning controlling device for improving the machining accuracy of a work of a non-circular shape. A control axis is driven in accordance with an input function consisting of position instruction data corresponding to a machining shape of a work, and a response function of the position of the control axis is measured actually. Then, a transfer function of the servo system is determined from Fourier transformation of the input function and Fourier transformation of the response function, and a corrected input function with which a response function of the control axis ideally corresponds to the machining shape of the work is obtained from the transfer function. Even if the control axis is driven in accordance with the corrected input function, a response function obtained does not correspond to the ideal machining shape of the work. Therefore, the calculations for obtaining an input function described above are sequentially executed until a response function obtained converges to the ideal machining shape. As a result, even if the servo system has a non-linearity, if the control axis is controlled in accordance with an input function finally obtained in this manner, then a response function then corresponds to the ideal machining shape.

This enables the humidity indicator to overlap the desiccant pack in the standby position when it is in an unused state, and after being enclosed within a packaging bag the humidity indicator and the desiccant pack can be kept as far away from each other as possible within the packaging bag, thus enabling detection of the humidity of the interior of the bag to be carried out precisely and appropriately.
