Abstract:
A method for controlling gas pressure for inflating a passenger-side frontal airbag in a vehicle comprises a determination of the type and number of passengers in the passenger seat and a determination of the nature and severity of the impact. When at least one passenger is resident in the passenger seat, the current passenger type is selected from a plurality of predetermined passenger types. The gas pressure for inflating the passenger-side frontal airbag is adjusted on the basis of the current passenger type and number, and the frontal impact generated from the collision.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a pump safety device for various containers which makes it possible to freely adjust a discharge amount of contents from a container and to securely fix a pump in such as way to install an adjusting member and a safety pin at a pump for various containers which are used to contain cosmetics, shampoo and kitchen rinses. The pump safety device for various containers comprises a female screw part which is provided at an inner side of the cap; and an adjusting member which is engaged to the female screw part of the cap and is installed at the top of the cap and is capable of adjusting upward or downward.
Abstract:
A mobile terminal is provided that includes a first camera to obtain a first image of an object, and a second camera to obtain a second image of an object, the second camera being separated from the first camera by a distance d. The mobile terminal also includes a controller to determine the distance d between the first camera and the second camera when the first camera obtains the first image of the object at a same time that the second camera obtains the second image. Still further, the mobile terminal includes a varying device to allow the distance d between the first camera and the second camera to vary, and a display to display a combination of the first image and the second image to allow a perceived three-dimensional (3D) image of the object.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a radio frequency identification (RFID) tag and an RFID tag antenna thereof. The RFID tag antenna includes an antenna pattern which includes: a chip matching pattern which is disposed at a middle portion of the tag antenna, forms a closed loop, and is electrically connected to a chip; a first ejector pattern which is connected to a first side of the chip matching pattern; and a second ejector pattern which is connected to a second side of the chip matching pattern, wherein the first and second ejector patterns are symmetric with respect to the chip matching pattern, and the chip matching pattern includes a gap in the closed loop.
Abstract:
A high-speed audio data reproducing method in a CD-ROM player which is suitable for reproducing a high-speed audio data without a reduction in the rotation speed of disc by the CD-ROM player. The method is provided with reading data at a high speed from the disc, performing an audio data error correction for the data to decode the corrected data primarily, determining whether or not the primarily decoded data is audio data, if the primarily decoded data is audio data, selecting the primarily decoded data to temporarily store it into a buffer, reading the temporarily stored audio data at the normal speed and transmitting it, converting the transmitted audio data into an analog signal to make a voice output of it, and if an overflow occurs in the step of temporarily storing the audio data, then controlling a track jump to read in the previously read data again, stopping the track jump control and the temporal store of input data upon occurrence of the overflow, and restarting the temporal store of input data when the data track-jumped and inputted again arrives at the temporarily stopped point. The method further includes the steps of if the data read at the high speed is not audio data, then performing an audio data error correction for the primarily decoded data to decode the corrected data secondarily, selecting the secondarily decoded digital data to store it temporarily, and transmitting the temporarily stored digital data to a host computer at a high speed.
Abstract:
A mobile terminal and a method of controlling the same are provided. The mobile terminal includes: a body; a sensing unit for acquiring a motion of the body; a camera provided in at least one side of the body to photograph an image; at least one display provided in at least one side of the body; and a controller for forming information related to at least one object included in the photographed image into a group according to the acquired motion and for controlling to display the information in the at least one display. Therefore, information is formed into a group and displayed according to a motion of a body and thus a state that can easily select necessary information can be provided.

Abstract:
A CD-ROM interface device whereby a CD-ROM drive is easily interfaced with a personal computer (PC) using an enhanced parallel port (EPP) for the PC, includes signal buffer for buffering and outputting a reset signal, a first write signal, an address strobe signal, a data strobe signal, a wait signal, a status enable signal, a data enable signal, a status signal, and first and second data. A control signal generator means for generating a second write signal, a read signal and a wait signal from the first write signal, the address strobe signal, the data strobe signal, and an identification enable signal.
