The method includes: each of the plurality of microprocessors transmitting their identification information and information regarding current software externally to an upgrade device which is connected to the target apparatus via a common external interface; receiving identification information of the microprocessor to be upgraded from the upgrade device; preparing the microprocessor to be upgraded for communication with the upgrade device while setting the rest of the microprocessors into a standby mode; and upgrading software of the microprocessor to be upgraded by communicating with the upgrade device.

    摘要： A method and apparatus to control reproduction of a media signal by using a tag includes receiving a request for generating tag information for controlling the reproduction of the media signal using a tag, generating the tag information according to the request for generating tag information, and storing the generated tag information in a tag. The tag information is generated independently from an original media signal and is used in controlling the media signal, and thus the reproduction of the media signal can be controlled without editing the media signal.

    摘要： A pixel circuit of an image sensor includes a photodiode that generates photocharges corresponding to light input to the photodiode; a transfer transistor that transfers the photocharges to a floating diffusion node in response to a transfer control signal; a reset transistor that transfers a power voltage to the floating diffusion node in response to a reset control signal; a signal output unit that outputs a voltage signal corresponding to a voltage of the floating diffusion node in response to a select control signal; and one or more boosting capacitors connected between a gate of the transfer transistor and the floating diffusion node. The reset transistor is an enhancement type MOSFET. A method of driving the pixel circuit and an image sensor are also disclosed.
