    摘要: Provided are a stator blade assembly advantageous for improving the evacuation performance by shortening the evacuation time, and an exhaust pump provided with such a stator blade assembly. Inner and outer stator blade bases of a plurality of stator blades are supported by frames. A projecting portion protruding from the frame supporting the inner stator blade base, or from the frame supporting the outer stator blade base, or from both of the frames is provided in a gap in the vicinity of the inner or outer stator blade base between one of the supported stator blades and the stator blade transversely adjacent thereto.

    摘要: The distance h between a base end face 12ta (12tb) of a stator-blade-wheel outer ring part 12a and the corresponding rotor-blade end face 4aa (4ab), is set at a value larger than the maximum deformation of the running rotor blade wheel 4a during the pump operation. The larger distance h keeps perfectly stator-rotor separation, while the outer ring part 12a of a stator blade wheel 12 goes, in assembling, into the rotor area on account of large shift of any half of stator blade wheels owing to the wide cutting width. It makes also easy stator blade wheel assembling of the pump, as it is allowable to arrange half stator blade wheels with some eccentricity.

    摘要: A gas compressor includes a housing with suction and discharge ports, and a gas-compressing mechanism housed in the housing to compress a gas sucked through the suction port and discharge the compressed gas via the discharge port. The mechanism includes a cylinder defining a cylinder chamber with a circular or elliptical cross-sectional shape. The cylinder has a suction inlet and a discharge outlet. The suction inlet and the discharge outlet are opened in a peripheral wall of the cylinder chamber. A suction passage is formed along an outer periphery of the cylinder corresponding to a peripheral direction of the cylinder chamber. A discharge passage extends inside a thick portion of the cylinder along a center axis of the cylinder chamber. The suction inlet communicates with the suction port via the suction passage. The discharge outlet communicates with the discharge port via the discharge passage.

    摘要: A magnetic bearing device has a rotational member mounted for undergoing rotation about a rotary axis, a permanent magnet disposed on the rotational member, and a motor for rotating the rotational member. The motor has a core, projecting portions extending from the core, and motor coils each wound around a respective one of the projecting portions. The motor is disposed opposite to and spaced-apart from the permanent magnet for rotating the rotational member and contactlessly controlling an axial position of the rotational member along the rotary axis only by a magnetic forces generated between the permanent magnet, the core and the motor coils. A magnetic radial bearing contactlessly controls a radial position of the rotational member.
