    摘要: In a photoelectric type measuring method and device wherein a workpiece to be measured is scanned by parallel scanning ray beams for scanning in one direction, aforesaid ray beams after the scanning are received by light receiving elements and a time length of a dark portion or a bright portion generated due to the obstruction of a portion of the ray beams by workpiece to be measured in response to output signals from the light receiving elements is detected so as to obtain the dimension in the scanning direction of the workpiece to be measured, the aforesaid ray beams are split into ray beams polarized in directions different from each other, the workpiece to be measured is scanned in such a condition that the two ray beams are relatively shifted so that the two ray beam may be partially overlapped in the scanning directions thereof and light receiving signals corresponding to the two ray beams after the scanning are processed to detect and edge of the workpiece to be measured.

    摘要: An optical measuring device wherein a workpiece being measured is interposed between a parallel scanning ray beam generating source and a light receiving element, and dimensions of the workpiece being measured is measured from the time length of a dark portion or a bright portion generated due to the obstruction of the parallel scanning ray beams by the workpiece being measured. The aforesaid parallel scanning ray beam generating source comprises: a beam generator; a rotary mirror for reflecting and converting the incident ray beams into rotary scanning ray beams; a ray beam transmitting mechanism for dividing the ray beams from the beam generator in terms of time or quantity and causing the ray beams thus divided to incide into the rotary mirror at a predetermined incident angles; and a collimator lens for converting the rotary scanning ray beams from the rotary mirror into parallel scanning ray beams.

    摘要: This disclosure depicts a ray beam converter having a rotary mirror driven by a motor, for reflecting ray beams to convert the same into rotary scanning ray beams in an optical measuring instrument wherein the ray beams from a beam generator are converted into the rotary scanning ray beams to be scanned in one direction and dimensions of a workpiece to be measured are measured by utilization of the rotary scanning ray beams. A rotor of the motor is rotatably supported by bearings at a plurality of positions in a direction of the rotary axis of the motor, and the rotary mirror is integrally formed on the rotor at a portion of the rotor supported by at least two bearings to each other out of the bearings. The rotary mirror is integrally formed on the rotor at a portion of the rotor supported by at least two bearings, and the rotor is rotatably coupled to a spindle affixed to a stator of the motor through the bearing. The spindle is provided with a tubular portion to be coupled with a portion of the spindle protruding from the main body. The rotary mirror is integrally formed on the tubular portion.

    摘要: An optical measuring machine is provided with an operating board which is provided separately from the main body of the optical measuring machine and which inputs and/or outputs measuring information and a retaining portion for removably retaining the operating board on a side surface of the main body. The operating board is ordinarily retained on the side surface of the main body, thereby enabling the reduction in the space for the installation of the measuring machine and the improvement of portability. When the operating board mounted on the side surface of the main body is difficult to use due to the positional relationship with an object of measurement, the necessity to set complicated measuring conditions or the like, it is possible to use the operating board in the state of being removed from the main body.
