摘要: A projector that can solve a problem in which a projection image is disturbed due to deviation of incident positions of projection light to a screen is provided. Projection section 11 includes LD light emission section 111 and scanning section 112 that scans light emitted by LD light emission section 111 and projects the scanned light to the rear plane side of the screen. Control section 12 controls an amount of light emission of the light and a scanning angle of scanning section 112 based on an image signal so as to cause projection section 11 to project an image corresponding to the image signal to the screen. Control section 12 corrects an orientation of projection light corresponding to each pixel of the image projected from projection section 11 based on a refractive index of the light transmission member and a scanning angle of scanning section 112 so as to correct an incident position of the projection light on the screen.

摘要: A multi-projection display includes: a plurality of projector units; a plurality of optical sensors that are provided corresponding to each of the projector units; and a main control unit that both causes adjustment images to be projected by each of the projector units and vertically synchronizes each projected adjustment image. Each projector unit acquires by a respective optical sensor brightness values of the picture elements that are adjacent between the adjustment image that is projected by the projector unit and the adjustment images that are projected by other projector units and adjusts the brightness of the projected image based on the differences in the acquired brightness values.

摘要: A transmitter that outputs an image signal for displaying a first image and outputs an image signal of a synthesized image made of the reversal image of the first image and a second image. A display apparatus, based on the image signals output from the transmitter, displays the first image and the synthesized image with circular polarizations having different senses of rotation from each other. A receiver includes a circular polarization selecting and transmitting means that separates the first image and the synthesized image displayed on the display apparatus, based on the sense of rotation of the circular polarization, and selectively allows the images to pass therethrough, so as to be able to photograph the first image displayed on the display apparatus.

摘要: A transmission device displays a public image (a first image) provided to unspecified users, a private image (a second image) provided to particular users, and a mask image of the private image in a time division multiplexed manner, and transmits a private image sync signal synchronized with display of the private image. A reception device receives the private image sync signal transmitted from the transmission device and shoots by a shooting unit the private image displayed on the transmission device by using the private image sync signal, and displays the shot image on a display unit.

摘要: A first dichroic mirror (2a) and a second dichroic mirror (2b) are formed on the bonding surfaces between four right angle prisms (1a-1d) so as to intersect. The first dichroic mirror (2a) transmits, of visible light of P-polarization, at least the light of a specific wavelength band and reflects, of visible light of S-polarization, at least the light of the specific wavelength band. The second dichroic mirror (2b) transmits, of visible light of P-polarization, at least light of the specific wavelength band and transmits, of visible light of S-polarization, at least light of the specific wavelength band. The cutoff wavelengths with respect to S-polarized light of both dichroic mirrors (2a and 2b) are set within ranges of bands other than those of the three primary colors of light.

摘要: A display device is composed of a light source device and a transmissive liquid crystal display panel, and the light source device is provided with a transparent/scattering switching element capable of switching between states in which incident light is transmitted or scattered. Pixels for displaying are disposed in the form of a matrix in the transmissive liquid crystal display panel, and the need for another power supply and signals for the transparent/scattering switching element is eliminated by driving the transparent/scattering switching element using the signals and power supply for driving the pixels. The drive power source of the transparent/scattering switching element for controlling scattering can be made smaller and less costly in a display device that is capable of switching the range of viewing angles.
