摘要: An injection molding system is used to mold a preform having an undercut. The molding system includes an injection core mold, and three injection cavity molds, which are a neck mold for defining a neck of the preform, a first cavity mold including two mold halves for defining an outer wall of the preform having the undercut, and a second cavity mold for defining a remaining outer wall of the preform. The molding system also includes a clamping unit for opening and clamping the foregoing molds and a mold half opening mechanism for opening and clamping mold halves of the first cavity mold.

摘要: The present invention provides a multi-ply molding hot-runner mold including a plurality of nozzle bodies for injecting a plurality of different resin materials to form a multi-ply product. The hot-runner mold comprises a plurality of hot-runner blocks each having a runner for conducting each resin material into the corresponding nozzle body. The hot-runner blocks are stacked one above another with a thermal insulation layer therebetween. Each of the hot-runner blocks includes temperature control means for maintaining the hot-runner blocks at its own molding temperature. Connecting blocks for conducting the resin material from the lower block to the upper block are provided between each adjacent hot-runner block. Between each adjacent hot-runner block there are provided holding members and thermal insulation layers.

摘要: A biaxially stretching blow molding apparatus perform biaxial stretch-molding for a preform into a predetermined shape by transporting a preform carrier supporting the preform along a transporting path extending across a heating portion and a stretch-molding portion, has first and second reversing means for reversing the preform carrier, and first and second transporting paths forming the transporting path. The first reversing means receives the preform carrier transported in up-side-down position along the second transporting path, reverses the received preform carrier into elected position, and transfers the preform carrier thus reversed to the first transporting path. The second reversing means receives the preform carrier transported in elected position along the first transporting path, reverses the received preform carrier into the up-side-down position, and transfers the preform carrier thus reversed to the second transporting path.

摘要: An apparatus of cooling and solidifying a preform involves introducing a preform in a heated state released from an injection mold into a cooling tube having a bottom opening and an upper opening through which cooling air flows from said bottom opening to said upper opening, said bottom opening being provided with a fan for cooling air, and inserting a cooling core into the preform to place the cooling core in close contact therewith, the preform being forcibly cooled from interior and exterior thereof by cooling air flowing in a turning state between the preform and the cooling tube and a coolant supplied to said cooling core.

摘要: A multi-layer forming nozzle includes a valve member which can open and close a flow passage for molten resin which forms an intermediate layer of a multi-layer molded product by injection molding. The valve member is operated in response to resin pressure differentials at the front and back of the valve member to accurately switch from a multi-layer operation to a single layer operation and vice versa. A three-layer nozzle in accordance with the invention has a nozzle body provided interiorly with a first resin path, a second resin path and a third resin path in the form of a concentric circle bending to the same injection opening. The valve member is located either in a mouth portion of the third resin path in the central portion positioned internally of a mouth portion of the second resin path or a mouth portion of the second resin path in the intermediate portion positioned internally of the first resin path. The valve member is moved forward and backward in response to resin pressure differentials to open and close the valve member.

摘要: The present invention relates to a rotary type injection molding machine including a base plate provided in its surface with a rotary disk having hold molds at three portions on the lower surface thereof and having required core insert holes bored at stop positions of the hold molds, a support post on a machine bed vertically movably supporting the base plate and the rotary disk in the central portion thereof, the support post being intermittently rotated together with the rotary disk, a vertical clamping device on the machine bed in which one of the stop positions of the hold molds serves as an injection molding section and a clamping plate having a core mold at the lower side thereof is connected by movable tie bars on opposite sides to be positioned upwardly of the base plate, and an injection mold secured to the machine bed of the injection molding section, the base plate being movably supported by the movable tie bars and linked to the clamping device, an upper portion of the support post being carried by the base plate.
