摘要： A method enhances fatigue strength of ear portions which are high fatigue risk parts in a torsion beam almost without bringing about disadvantages in terms of productivity and cost. A torsion beam is formed with a portion of the tubular body into an approximately U-shape in cross section by crushing the portion of the tubular body in the radial direction and, thereafter, due to bending with a bottom line set as a belly side of bending, a bending strain of 2 to 6% in the tube longitudinal direction on a tensile side is imparted to the ear portions.

The portable terminal device has enclosures 11, 12 with a movable portion, a display section 17 capable of displaying visible information showing an operation target area, and a touch sensor 13 that detects a position on a display screen of the display section touched by a user's finger, or the like. The device is further provided with a shape detection section for detecting a change in the shape of the enclosure; an input operation management section for managing a position detected by the touch sensor and an operation target area of each of pieces of visible information displayed on the display section in an associated manner; and a display control section that automatically makes a change to at least display positions of the respective pieces of visible information about the operation target displayed on the display section in accordance with a change in shape of the enclosure detected by the shape detection section.

Safety output parts serve to transmit a solid-state output as the safety output and a connection output part transmits a connection output to another safety controller. A control part having two CPUs controls the safety output and the connection output according to a program based on the input from the input device. Two or more of such safety controllers are connected through their connecting output parts and the connecting input parts to together form a safety system.

摘要： In a structure for mounting a filter in a compressor, a mounting member is connected to the filter. A receiving hole is formed in a housing of the compressor for receiving therein the mounting member. A first fitting portion is formed on an inner circumferential surface of a holding portion of the filter. A second fitting portion is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the mounting member for having fitting relation to the first fitting portion for an overlap distance in a radial direction of the receiving hole. When the mounting member is received in the receiving hole with the fitting relation, the filter is disposed in a fluid passage of the housing. A clearance having a dimension is formed between an outer circumferential surface of the holding portion and an inner circumferential surface of the receiving hole. Minimum value of the dimension is smaller than the overlap distance.

摘要： An electromagnetic displacement control valve in a clutchless type variable displacement compressor is disclosed. The control valve includes a valve body, an electromagnetic driving device, a buffer spring, and an urging spring. The electromagnetic driving device drives the valve body toward a position for closing the valve hole. The buffer spring urges the valve body toward the position for closing the valve hole. The urging spring urges the valve body in a direction away from the position for closing the valve hole against an elastic urging force of the buffer spring. In a state where no current is supplied to the electromagnetic driving device, the valve body is capable of moving in a direction away from the position for closing the valve hole against the elastic urging force of the buffer spring.
