The conveyor apparatus includes a step guide rail, a plurality of steps, a step chain, and a chain driving mechanism for driving the step chain. The chain driving mechanism includes a rotating and driving unit, a driving sprocket which is rotated by a driving force given by the rotating and driving unit, and a circulating chain for giving a thrust to the step chain. The circulating chain has chain links and hinges that are to be connected to the adjacent chain links. The chain link includes a placing surface on which the step roller is placed, and pressing surfaces that are in contact with step rollers.

A conveyor apparatus 1 includes a step guide rail 3, a plurality of steps 5, a step chain 4, and a chain driving mechanism 10 for driving the step chain 4. The chain driving mechanism 10 includes a rotating and driving unit 11, a driving sprocket 12 which is rotated by a driving force given by the rotating and driving unit 11, and circulating chain 13 for giving a thrust to the step chain 4. The oil pan has a peripheral wall section constituting a side surface of the oil pan, the side surface has an inclination tapered downward the motorcycle body so as to provide substantially a V-shape in section substantially in parallel with bank angle lines of the motorcycle body, and the front side manifolds are disposed between a space defined by the inclined side surface of the oil pan and the bank angle lines of the motorcycle.

In an exhaust system for a motorcycle with a V-type engine mounted thereon, the front cylinder exhaust line has a first exhaust pipe arranged to the front while the rear cylinder exhaust line has a second exhaust pipe arranged to the rear. The first and second mufflers are attached to one side of the vehicle body with the second muffler arranged in parallel to and above the first muffler and shifted behind with respect to the first muffler. The first expansion chamber of the first muffler and the first expansion chamber of the second muffler are connected to be in communication with each other by means of a communicating pipe. One end of the communicating pipe is joined to the peripheral surface of the muffler cylinder corresponding to the first expansion chamber of the first muffler while the other end is connected in parallel with the second exhaust pipe to the front-end entrance port of the second muffler corresponding to the first expansion chamber of the second muffler.
