摘要: A helical coil and a top-helical type antenna using the same, wherein the helical coil has a plurality of either substantially U-shaped or nearly V-shaped branch portions made of a thin metallic sheet material. The branch portions are connected continuously in a manner to place their open ends alternately inversely, and the branch portions alternatively curve toward an obverse side and a reverse side of the metallic sheet to form each turn of the coil. A method for producing the helical coil includes continuously die cutting a member on a belt-shaped strip of electrically conductive metallic sheet, and alternately placing a plurality of either substantially U-shaped or substantially V-shaped branch portions with their open ends inversely. These substantially U or V-shaped branch portions are then connected with each other in the shape of a letter, with connection to the metallic sheet being held only by linkage portions at opposite sides. The helical coil is formed by alternately curving the branch portions of each of the members in a shape of substantially circular arc toward an obverse side and a reverse side of the metallic sheet. A bobbin is formed connecting each turn of the helical coil by either insert-injection molding or outsert-injection molding of electrically nonconductive material on the individual helical coil formed on metallic sheet and subsequently the linkage portions are sheared off of the metallic sheet.

摘要: An eddy current flaw detection sensor is provided which can detect a circumferential crack occurring at the deformed portion or peripheral portion thereof of a heat transfer tube with a high degree of sensitivity. Two excitation coils 1a, 1b cause eddy current B to flow in the axial direction of a tubular test object 31. A detection coil 2 disposed between the excitation coils 1a, 1b detects bypass eddy current D which flows in the circumferential direction of the test object 31 while bypassing a circumferential crack E. For this purpose, the coil axes of the excitation coils 1a, 1b are directed to the radial direction of the cylindrical protection member 3 and the coil axis of the detection coil 2 is directed to the axial direction of the protection member 3.

摘要: The touch panel has a light-transmissive upper substrate, a light-transmissive lower substrate, and a bonding layer. The lower surface of the upper substrate is formed thereon with an upper conductive layer. The top surface of the lower substrate is formed thereon with a lower conductive layer facing the upper conductive layer with an air gap. The bonding layer is formed on at least one of inner edges of the lower surface of the upper substrate and the top surface of the lower substrate, and additionally has an open groove communicating with the air gap. The makeup provides a touch panel reliably operable with a simple structure.

摘要: A motor starts its rotation, and a clutch is operated to drive both of a first driving force transmission system for color printing, including drum gears, and a second driving force transmission system for monochrome printing, including a drum gear. The clutch is disengaged to stop the first system when a first sensor detects a mark on one photosensitive drum of the first system at the same time that a second sensor detects a mark on one drum driving gear of the first system. Next, when a third sensor detects a mark on another photosensitive drum of the second system at the same time that a fourth sensor detects a mark on another drum driving gear of the second system, the clutch is reengaged. Consequently, positionings of all the photosensitive body drums (drum gears) for color printing to the photosensitive drum (drum gear) for monochrome printing are performed without causing positional differences by inertia at the time of stop.

摘要: The present invention provides an eddy current testing method and an eddy current testing apparatus that can reduce detection noise to increase the SN ratio thus improving the defect detection accuracy. An eddy current testing sensor includes a pair of excitation coils and a detection coil disposed therebetween. For example, a voltage regulator applies voltages having different amplitudes to the pair of excitation coils so as to reduce detection noise caused by a deformed portion of a heat exchanger tube and a tube plate in a detection signal of the detection coil. Alternatively, for example, an eddy current testing detector applies a first excitation frequency f1, at which tube material noise is reduced to negligible an amplitude, and a second excitation frequency f2, which is higher than the first excitation frequency f1, to the eddy current testing sensor. The phase and gain of a measurement waveform with the second excitation frequency f2 are adjusted and then a differential waveform of the first and second excitation frequencies f1 and f2 is obtained based on an induction voltage detected by the detection coil so as to cancel out tube expansion noise.
