摘要: A blood test device by which the amount of plumped skin at a puncture site for conducting a blood test or collecting blood can be controlled so that a blood component can be accurately measured. The blood test device includes: a housing; an inner tube provided in one side of the housing; a reciprocating unit which reciprocates within the inner tube; a blood collection needle connected to the reciprocating unit; a blood sensor facing to the blood collection needle and being located at the tip of the inner tube; a measurement circuit to which a signal is fed from the blood sensor; and a negative pressure unit driven by the measurement circuit. An outer tube, that is a tube covering the inner tube, has an opening in the tip side of the inner tube, is capable of moving relative to the inner tube, and is provided so as to return to a definite relative position. The negative pressure provider can apply a negative pressure to the inside of the outer tube.

摘要: A blood test device using a laser as a puncture member. More specifically, in a blood test device using a laser as a puncture member, the skin can be fixed at a definite position by raising the punctured skin under negative pressure, and thus the skin is brought into close contact with a blood sensor and the laser is focused on the vicinity of the blood sensor face. Thus, it is possible to provide a blood test device of the laser puncture type in which the skin can be surely punctured while giving little pain to a patient.

摘要: A blood test device by which the amount of plumped skin at a puncture site for conducting a blood test or collecting the blood can be controlled at a constant amount so that a blood component can be accurately measured. Namely, a blood test device comprising: a housing; an inner tube provided in one side of the housing; a reciprocating unit which reciprocates within the inner tube; a blood collection needle connected to the reciprocating unit; a blood sensor facing to the blood collection needle and being located at the tip of the inner tube; a measurement circuit to which a signal is fed from the blood sensor; and a negative pressure unit driven by the measurement circuit; which further has an outer tube that is a tube covering the inner tube, having an opening in the tip side of the inner tube, being capable of relatively moving to the inner tube, and being provided so as to return to a definite relative position. The negative pressure unit as described above can apply a negative pressure to the inside of the outer tube.

摘要: A blood test device using a laser as a puncture means. More specifically, it is intended to provide a blood test device using a laser as a puncture means by which the skin can be fixed at a definite position by raising up the punctured skin under negative pressure and thus bringing it into close contact with a blood sensor and in which the laser is focused into the vicinity of the blood sensor face. Thus, it is possible to provide a blood test device of the laser puncture type whereby the skin can be surely punctured while giving little pain to a patient.

摘要: A blood test apparatus having a simple constitution whereby stable measurement can be conducted by surely sampling the blood in an amount being small but sufficient for the test without placing too much burden on a patient. When a first skin contact sensor of this apparatus detects the skin, driving of a negative pressure unit is initiated. Thus, the skin rises and comes into contact with a second skin contact sensor. After piercing into the skin, the negative pressure supply is once ceased. Next, the negative pressure is applied again for a definite period of time. Thus, the opening in the skin is broadened, which facilitates the flow out of the blood.

The negative pressure generator starts when the first sensor detects the contact of the front face of the opening with the site to be punctured.

More specifically speaking, a blood test apparatus wherein a holder, a lancet, a blood collection needle and a blood sensor are united together as a blood sampling cartridge that is detachably mounted to the apparatus body. When this blood sampling cartridge is attached, a plunger involved in the apparatus body holds the lancet and connectors involved in the apparatus body come into contact with the blood sensor. It is preferable that the contact points with the blood sensor of the individual connectors are located at intervals at the same angle centering on a definite point.

摘要: A blood test apparatus has a housing with an opening, and a plunger that moves back and forth inside the housing, the plunger having a projecting member. A fixing member fixes the plunger, which is provided in the housing. A blood sampling cartridge, in which a blood sensor, a puncturer, and a holder that holds the blood sensor and the puncturer, are integrated. The blood sampling cartridge is removably attached to the opening. The puncturer includes a lancet, one end of which is held by the plunger, and a blood collection needle attached to an other end of the lancet. A measuring circuit measures a signal obtained from the blood sensor to analyze components in the blood.
